Last Friday's meeting (eight days ago) (as reported here) led to this new timeline:
Joint Claim Construction Statement due April 29, 2011;
CleanTech Opening Markman Brief due May 27, 2011;
Opposing Markman Briefs due June 17, 2011;
CleanTech Reply Brief due July 1, 2011.
The Markman hearing will be held sometime after July 15, 2011.

I would say that gives us something to anxiously look forward to. Hopefully our team will overwhelmingly prevail in these hearings. After all they just don't hand out patents to anyone or anything for any reason.
