SkunK

Here is some like wording from GreenShift:

start-up and optimization of systems used to extract corn oil from stillage . . .  "Method of Freeing the Bound Oil Present in Whole Stillage and Thin Stillage” (the ’729 Patent). . .increase co-product value;. . . proprietary corn oil extraction technology . . .ethanol producers with a powerful competitive advantage. . . ethanol producer paybacks of less than 1 year at current market prices.

Here is recent article with same Rick Davis/Soy Energy LLC as in above brochure HERE.  They seem to be building a new front end on a failed soy biodiesel plant so they can handle corn oil.

HERE is the Ball Construction site and they have a link to the CSO brochure from their site

Poet, now CSO! Who will be next? Clearly, other producers have not made the same decision as GPRE, that it is better to license than to pirate. GERS has vowed to protect their intellectual property at all costs. Where will these costs come from? The time frame of obtaining the clear statement of GERS's patent rights has probably also been extended. Not a happy time for any of us.

I would think that Greenshift would go after these guys at once with a injunction. Who is supplying the centrifuges for the process?

Proprietary TechnologyWhat Does Proprietary Technology Mean?
A process, tool, system or similar item that is the property of a business or an individual and provides some sort of benefit or advantage to the owner. Companies that are able to develop useful proprietary technologies in-house are rewarded with a valuable asset: they can either use it exclusively or profit from the sale of licensing of their technology to other parties. Investopedia explains Proprietary Technology
For example, let's say a biotech company successfully develops a new drug to treat a major disease. By patenting the process, method and end result of the drug, the company is able to reap substantial rewards from its efforts to develop its proprietary technology.

In some industries, proprietary technologies are a key determinant of success. As a result, they are guarded closely within a corporation and are protected legally by patents and copyrights.

GS Cleantech is the only company out there with an issued patent. Maybe this construction company is working with the only owner of this propriority technology? Greenshift? They copied the exact words from Greenshift and from the patent. They even claim the same yield. Is this a new partner or something? They admit it's propriority technology and Greenshift is the only owner of that patent. Are they working with us?
