It is difficult to understand how, with all the continuous positive news over the last months, the PPS of GERS still wallows in the sub sub penny level. What do we know that others do not? What do others know that we do not? What do we think we know that is not fact? What truths or beliefs that GERS is not worth the price of a single sheet of paper (I am civil enough not to say toilet paper) are we missing? The next eight weeks will clarify the answers to these questions. For those of us who have been in this gambit for many years, the finish line (one way or the other) is before use.
