GreenShift's prior management/plan to purchase a biodiesel plant in Michigan continues to echo in the Michigan court system. We should have an update in the Annual Report due in April.

People are complaining that the GPRE releases do not name Greenshift as the company from whom the COES technology has been purchased. This acknowledgement was done with the joint press release that was issued upon signing the contracts. Now that GERS techonology is producing for GPRE this should create a higher level of visibilty. BUT, it is not GPRE's responsibilty to market Greenshift's technology -- it is Greenshift's. That appears to be a marketing lapse, unless this is going on beyond and without press releases.
