Court Rejects RFS2 Rule Challange

The challenge rejected by the court was made by the National Petrochemical Refiners Association and the American Petroleum Institute.  (Commonly referred to as "Big Oil" lol)

"This wholly validates the U.S. biodiesel industry's legal position and sends a clear, unambiguous signal to the marketplace that the common-sense renewable goals established in the RFS2 program will be met."

Marquis expands!

"Many of the production efficiencies that contributed to the success of that plant(Marquis Illinois) will be implemented at the plant in Wisconsin, the company said.

Marquis Holdings will continue to look for opportunities to expand its management group and invest in ethanol plants."

Greenshift and the shareholders are all banking on a possitive outcome on the lawsuits. If Greenshift does not win it's case then chapter 11 will be filed. Kevin Kreisler has yet to be successful at any business platform and has been living off of borrowed money and shareholder money. This stock will never be .50 cents a share unless they have a 5 million to 1 reverse split. After the split the stock will go back down to .0001 a share and you can give Kevin some more money to live off of.

My question is to the previous negative comment. If you are so confident that greenshift will never be worth .5 a share or anything above .0001 cents a share then whats your incentive to follow the blog? At the end of the day there is not one of us who actually knows how this rides going to turn out so why take it to the negative? I mean I just keep thinking that this blog has started to take such a negative tone that maybe one day the Skunk will just get pissed and stop posting shit. That would totally suck because then we would have to look all this shit up ourselves. By the way does anyone know what Skunk Stock stands for and why the skunk picked that name

I agree with the last comment. I too find this blog very valuable. Every time I have attempted to validate the information provided, I have been successful. For example, see comment 26 for the entry "A Letter from the CEO" below.

There has been a lot of venom generated over VRDM/GSCT/GERS. Rattlesnakes and skunks do not mix well. I would hope that Skunk eliminates the comment section before he would go back in his den and not come out again.

As for the name "Skunk"?, see the header to his blog.

SkunK as he lists himself seems to be an alias for Scott Kreisler, brother of KK and heavy investor in GERS. Look at his title block on the blog page and capital S and capital K. Plus he has inside information that only someone close to GERS would have. This blog is discoverable in court so watch what you say!
And, if you go to find any other stock the professed SkunKhunter is researching or following, there is none. He is 100% dedicated to influencing the price of GERS and providing information (one-sided) to those who follow this lbog.

I agree. I am guessing based on his statements and pictures posted over the years that the Skunk is from the upper midwest.

Look at his name, Anonymous the capital A and all the other letters are to be found in the list of patent infringer's / thieves. Also the inside out reasoning is typically from somebody related to thieves.

i would not mind a reverse share split next year after earnings are able to support a conservative valuation...10 for one reverse split say...if the share price hits 10 cents next year...eg a 500 million market cap over the 5 billion total shares
