"As you may recall from the previous newsletter, United Ethanol is incorporating corn oil extraction, which will provide another stream of income, cut overall energy costs, and improve the flowability of our distiller’s grain. The installation of this component is well underway; pipe is being run, the tank is under construction, and materials are coming in daily. Startup is scheduled for some time in December."

Will Greenshift Corp own the extraction system, are they selling United Ethanol the equipment, or is this deal based on the 20% royalty?
"announced its execution of a license agreement" (20% royalty, facility owned)
"In addition, GreenShift and United Ethanol entered into a development services agreement pursuant to which GreenShift will provide equipment and services relating to the engineering, construction and ongoing operation of a patented corn oil extraction facility at United Ethanol’s facility."

Mr SkunK, question. Will Greenshift Corp own the extraction system, are they selling United Ethanol the equipment, or is this deal based on the 20% royalty? I pulled up this article from the original deal in 2008.
GreenShift Corp., a clean technology developer, announced that it recently executed an agreement with United Ethanol LLC to extract 1.5 MMgy of crude corn oil from the distillers grains produced at the 42 MMgy ethanol plant in Milton, Wis., GreenShift provides its patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction Systems to participating ethanol producers at no cost and in return receives long-term rights to purchase the extracted oil. The technology reduces overall plant emissions and utility costs by up to $1 million each year for a 100 MMgy plant that dries all of its distillers grains.
GS CleanTech Corp., a subsidiary of GreenShift, will build the corn oil extraction operations on the ethanol plant site, and United Ethanol will operate the facility, according to David Cramer, president and chief executive officer of United Ethanol, “This is the first stage of a long-term project that will get us into biodiesel production using corn oil from our facility,” he said in a company newsletter.
Thanks in advance.
Soon shareholders of the big three...ADM, POET, Valero .....will demand the added profit stream of GERS coes and other methods , later...Would that not make sense?...We hope this happens sooner than later of course...Gers has the STRONG chance of being the industry standard as has been pointed out by sKunK...any comments....This outcome would be a melt up in share price...any comments
on top of all that, it is already deeply undervalued to begin with.
So, the melt-up will be accentuated simply by catching up on valuation.
The stock is at undervalued by at least 20% AS IS. Throw in more positive developments, and you've got at least a 10 Bagger from here.
On this, the anniversary of JFK's assassination, I would like to state my opinion that LBJ orchestrated the assassination of JFK, through the CIA.
Moments after the assassination, LBJ was overheard saying, "Kennedy will never embarass me again."
Moments after being sworn into office, LBJ dramatically escalated Vietnam, and what followed was one of the largest increases in US Military Spending in history.
It was a power grab by an immoral band of greedy Texans who sought power and war profits, with no regard for American lives that stood in their way.
United Ethanol will enjoy another benefit due to the installation of the corn oil extraction system. For those that don't know, United has received a constant barrage of complaints(borderline harassment,IMO) from neighbors about aromas coming from the ethanol plant. The extraction of corn oil will allow them to cut down on the use of dryers for the DDG. Less drying time means less aromas being pumped into the air which should help eliminate the odor complaints.
Not too different, actually, from the band of alleged patent pirates at ICM, that band of Texans had no regard for law or justice, let alone human life.
