PreTrial Conference

We got a document recording the pre-trial Conference that was held on Monday.

HERE it is

Besides a roll of those attorneys on the distribution list, we have this:

"The parties appeared for an initial pre-trial conference. The parties discussed case management issues. The Court will issue a case management plan under separate order."

Get those demorats outta there so the repubs can renew Bush's biodiesel/ethanol tax credits. Just imagine the upward pressure on corn oil with those credits renewed.

You do realize that the dems actually tried to push through a major clean energy bill earlier this year, only to get derailed by a bunch of ridiculous immigration reform initiatives, right? Brought on by Arizona's crazy "papers please" law (SR1080, I think?).

Historically, the Dems have been much more favorable toward clean energy legislation, basically since Reagan ripped the solar panels off the White House that were installed by the Carter administration. One notable exception being Nixon, who signed the Clean Air Act in either 1972 or 1973. To suggest otherwise is really myopic.

You realize of course that the 50 cent bio tax credit failed to get even a vote in 2010, while the house, senate and prez all where under complete Democrat control. Bush had passed it timely with democrats AND republican support.

The SOCIALIST leadership was too worried about taking over the whole damn medical sector, and the banks and wall street and the car companies

A million ton of bricks is about to land on the DEMS tomorro and they still do not get it. They likely never will.

Liberals are always the smartest people in a room, having read every book ever written that agrees with their own narrow view of the world.

Their world view is they are smart, you are stupid and they are doing you a favor by taking your money and spending it for you. If you can get a word in edgewise ask them how smart they are and they will tell you.

They also happen to be the last to know the room is on fire or aware of anything to do with the real world and the real people who live in it.

'basically since Reagan ripped the solar panels off the White House'

You're kidding, right?

Carter spent $28,000 on a solar hot water heater. $28,000 on A HOT WATER HEATER!

Carter's solar water-heating system was removed in 1986 so a leak in the roof could be fixed. The solar panels were supposed to be reinstalled but they never were.

"Liberate Saudi Arabia" is a Facebook group that advocates for the peaceful transition of Saudi Arabia from a Monarchy to a free, republic with Constitutional rights and Free elections. The royals should be retired with dignity, as any US President would retire, and replaced with freely elected officials.
