Pre 14C

A Pre14C is out.  Maybe a Reverse Spilt by end of year.  Lots of options.
**************************
See HERE

"At the June 4, 2010 Record Date, 13,608,278,721 of the currently authorized 20,000,000,000 common shares were issued and outstanding."

". . . a reverse split of GreenShift’s common stock at any time prior to December 31, 2010 at one of seven ratios: 1-for-2, 1-for-3, 1-for-4, 1-for-5, 1-for-10, 1-for-20, or 1-for-50, as selected by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion."

"The convertible debt instruments held by YA Global require that GreenShift maintain a sufficient number of shares of authorized common stock to enable conversion of the convertible debt issued by GreenShift to YA Global."

"Additional reasons for the reverse split and increase include:

Ø Management plans in the future to pursue opportunities to obtain the capital in order to fully implement GreenShift’s business plan. A reserve of common shares available for issuance from time-to-time will enable GreenShift to entertain a broad variety of financing proposals.

Ø Management may utilize the additional shares in connection with corporate acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, or for other corporate purposes, including the solicitation and compensation of key personnel.

Ø There are additional outstanding debentures issued by GreenShift that are convertible, at the instance of the debt-holders, into GreenShift common stock."

Dilution then a reverse split. Looks like Kevin is up to his old tricks again. He did the same thing with ESYR. Esyr went to .30 a share after the reverse split and now is trading at .0075 so the reverse split actually cost the common share holder alot of money. I was able to get out at .21 and still lost money. Greenshift and Kevin is a joke. If you think you have lost money just wait after the reverse split... You will lose alot more. 1.62 billion shares traded today and this hunk of junk still closed at .0001

Not by end of year, because the will to bid at 0,0001 dried up yesterday.

4 June till today, there are some more shares issued.

Nothing wrong with that, if you believe in funding a decent business case.

I do.

I would sell everything I had in this so called company if I were you. There is no guarentee that Greenshift will win any of the cases. If they do lose then that means ICM can still sell there product and GERS will file bankruptcy. Then Kevin and crew will start another entity and sucker other people with a new pipe dream. I think I'll go vomit now.

All this license and winning a case is no use....

I see the same plight of GERS as NEOM going to a big ZERO (0).
YA is the priciple debtor there too. Total PIPE financing.
While YA dilutes on good news the shareholders keep footing the bill and hold the empty bag in the end.

please read the happenings of NEOM and you will see a similar pattern.

I think COBALIS also had a similar fate. A good company got chewed and eventually brankruptcy proceeedings....

Its nice to see David VG from ICM with so much time on his hands that he can post on a no-name blog.

Wasn't he the guy walking up to anyone that would listen at the FEW conference and telling them he wasn't worried about this case? And then go on and on and on about how he wsn't worried about this case?

People walking away while he was in mid sentence. Sounds embarrassing.

Hey Dave, he's got to get rid of the debt in order to build shareholder value. Is a hundred % jump in revenues + margins not enough 4 you? Maybe you'de prefer gers to die a slow death by being nickle and dimed by interest. I'de rather see the thirty % debt reduction continue again this year, sixty % in two years. The printing press will stop when profits are reached, six months tops. Be afraid Dave VERY AFRAID.

I hope you are still around Dave to hand over the ICM keys to Kevin after the patent judge rakes you and your pirate company over the coals. The judgement is likely to be way more than ICM can swing.

They do not like it when you tell them you are above the law and that patents apply only to other people.

The dopes you got posting on Yahoo are pretty useless. Hope your not paying them much. Make sure you keep your blowout inventory oiled up so greenshift can garage sale it.

For people who do not own any of this stock, you're sure going out of your way to find this blog only to bash GERS. Intresting.
