The SkunK is break'ng a sweat trying to keep up. Do not mind if you repost my work - but courtesy calls to include a link back to this site. We just had another filing hit the RFC EXPRESS service. This is plant number ten from yesterday. Including the Cardinal and the two Big Rivers - that makes 13. I found a nice video of the non-patented Blue Flint COES from last December and put it at the end of the blog.

They expect to produce 1.5mmgy of corn oil
**************************
File this under "Should'a been a major Clue HERE" The Blue Flint Plant was turned down for a $500,000 research grant for Corn Oil Extraction - since:
"Given that the technology is already established, . . ."
The SkunK can hear the cross examination now: "Tell the court again that you independently used prior art and obvious skills to those familiar with the art to develop corn oil extraction at your plant?? And that you were not aware that the "technology was already established???"
**************************
Blue Flint looks like a 50mmgy plant. Added to the previous estimate of 772 - 788.7mmgy of Ethanol production under litigation for infringment of the GreenShift Corn Oil Extraction patents, we now have a total of 13 plants with of 822 - 838.7mmgy.
