Media matters

Here is a local area report (InsideIndianaBusiness.com) on the pending lawsuit. This local media outlet will likely attempt to get more information. It will be interesting to see if attempts are made to handle this local media discretely or if the Ethanol Plant reaches out to the local media and aggressively attempts to "educate" the local jury pool with its side of the story. Nothing wrong with getting your side of the story out if that is what you wish to do. But how they respond to local media requests may be our first indication where this is going - and how fast.
