Here is a new blog about Sustainable Systems being idled. It includes the part about the Sustainable Web site being passworded/under construction I mentioned on 4/29.
Montola Dries Up
"Some depressing news for those in northeastern Montana—and for all of us who support our growers and local food system. Montola, which made sunflower, safflower and canola oil from locally grown seeds, has closed up shop; the US Department of Agriculture has stepped in to sell the remaining stock of seeds."

This Blog above credits and seems based mostly on this 4/28/09 article below that I previously covered in my 4/29/09 blog. However I see the article now has been added to and reworked a bit and finishes with some salty language that I did not see the first time - lol.
Culbertson-area producers, residents dismayed at crushing plant's demise

I will try to take a look at what happened this week this weekend: NEWS, PPS, OS, Volume.
As I might have mentioned earlier, I should be in late spring quarters this time next week. Although Mrs. SkunK has told me we already had bucu Internet access installed, I have yet to set foot in the place. And NO, I do not speak the language. It remains to be seen if I can get the www without any insurmountable problems. Worst (or maybe best) case scenario I may be AWOL for 2-4 weeks starting in six days. Best (or maybe worse) you may not notice the difference. lol
What a week,
Good Luck to all Investors,
SkunK
