GLOBAL ETHANOL pssst?!?!?

1. Rumors about the merging of GERS with Global Ethanol go back at least a year:

2. The ties between GERS and Global Ethanol appear strong:

a. Global Ethanol has the Riga, Michagan Ethanol plant (with COES) http://www.globalethanolservices.com/Riga.html

c. (And a planned Biodiesel plant in partnership with GERS)

If I had to make a list of who might be courting Greenshift right about now, Global Ethanol would be on the short list. I have no inside information here. When I suspected something was up in the past I have been wrong, (so far).

Just thought you might want to know some background on the ESYM management services agreement with Global Ethanol announced today - besides I promised a guess about what is going on.

PS. I would expect GERS and the former owners of Sustainable Systems to come to some sort of deal outside of the courtroom. It would be a shame to see the plantifs, defendants, farmers and the community all lose to long litigation.
