What is curious is why isn't YAGI dumping like crazy as they have after other R/Ss?
Why file a Form NT10-Q if you know that you are not going to file a Q?
The likelihood of a BK filing instead of the Q filing seems to increase with each day that GERS is in arrears of their filing deadline. The only fact that we know that argues against this is the apparent lack of dumping by YAGI. Surely, if BK is in the offing YAGI would know and they wouldn't hold about to become worthless stock. Also, if a BK filing is coming why file a NT? The "tea leaves" here, as they have been with GERS, are very inconsistent and murky.

My tea leaves tell me that there will be an entirely new round of infringement claims based upon the recent patent awards by the USPTO.

Where is the money going to come from to support this new round? Do you have any idea how much dilution was required to cover the current round? Have you read that YAGI will own a significant amount of any litigation proceeds, if they are any? Come on, come out from behind the curtain. This is not "What's my Line".
