PS Document 1386, when one tries to bring it up, states: "This document is not available." This is normally what one sees on a sealed document. It may be the item addressed in 1388? Or something else?

Those are dated yesterday, which likely means that the SJ appeal has not bee filed.

I find it both comical and sad how the very people that feel threatened by this patent litigation, which I firmly believe the appellate court will over turn to find in favor of SJ, log on to this site every single morning and post these I told you sold blurps because you feel that the pressure is now off. There will be a day that the pressure is once again firmly placed on your neck with Ol' Kevy's heel. Mark this post DVG and friends!
Your underwear is showing as clearly as your bias. There are almost a dozen substantive components to the Judge's R/S ruling; not just the no-sale bar violation. Also, the Judge virtually found for the defendants with "prejudice". The likelihood that the Appellate Court will overturn every one of these findings is so remote that it is unmeasurable; which is what is required for the SJ to overturned in total. You can write all the self-generated feel good statements that you like. But the reality is that GERS will have to make money the old fashioned way, by marketing superior products, not through the Sword of Damocles brought by litigation -- or go out of business. The world, the market does not think that can happen as judged by the PPS.
