  1. They need to stop adding planitiffs, which seem to be small fish. Everytime they add someone they extend the schedule out a few weeks/months.

Slam dunk except for the smoking gun letter and the pre-dated/post dated situation as it relates to making an offer to sell prior to the patent award. Maybe/maybe not!

  12. GERS' Licensee, Marathon Petroleum, (MPC) Buy's Biodiesel Plant!$!$!$

In what's being herald as a major endorsement by "big oil" to the biodiesel industry, one of GERS' largest customers has just purchased a 60 MGY biodiesel plant in Ohio! This plant is located just 90 miles south of the big 120 MGY ethanol plant which is a joint venture between MPC/ANDE.

Current extraction rates at the GERS licensed facility in Greenville lead the industry at .91 pounds resulting in over 5,000,000 gallons of corn oil. Marathon stated, "...the facility is located in the heart of MPC`s Midwest assets, providing efficiencies in our product supply logistics."

Surely the oil extracted with GERS' patented technology will be shipped to the biodiesel plant just 1-1/2 hours away!$!$!$

    February 3, 2014 8:34 AM

FINDLAY, Ohio, Feb. 3, 2014 - Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) today announced that it has signed an agreement to purchase a facility in Cincinnati, Ohio from Felda Iffco Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. The plant currently produces several products including biodiesel and glycerin. The capacity of the plant is 4,100 barrels per day. The transaction is expected to close in April 2014. The details of the transaction are not being disclosed.

"MPC has been a producer and large blender of ethanol for many years, and this acquisition will broaden our renewable fuels portfolio with a quality asset," said Senior Vice President, Supply Distribution and Planning, Mike Palmer. "We continue to grow our biodiesel blending volumes and this acquisition will be a natural value chain fit. Also, the facility is located in the heart of MPC`s Midwest assets, providing efficiencies in our product supply logistics."

  13. Anything stated objectively here is considered nonsense. I am very hopeful for the future of GERS but will not blind myself to the realities at hand. The true test of objective perspective is how it has played out over time. If you go back eight years to the present and compare track records (e.g. to Slash's predictions), there is no contest. Many of the longs here, who hate my guts, will begrudgingly testify to that fact. So do not confuse objectivity with affiliation, I am strongly in GERS' camp. Nothing would give me more pleasure, nothing would give me the opportunity to become a mega-millionaire more quickly than if I was wrong about how long it is going to take to see any sustained increase in the PPS.

(NPD) is a pattern of self-centered or egotistical behavior that shows up in thinking and behavior in a lot of different situations and activities. People with NPD won't (or can't) change their behavior even when it causes problems at work or when other people complain about the way they act, or when their behavior causes a lot of emotional distress to others (or themselves? none of my narcissists ever admit to being distressed by their own behavior -- they always blame other people for any problems). This pattern of self-centered or egotistical behavior is not caused by current drug or alcohol use, head injury, acute psychotic episodes, or any other illness, but has been going on steadily at least since adolescence or early adulthood.

  53. GPRE reported a whopper of a year for its corn oil segment. If we got the purported 20% royalty that would be $13.8 million from GPRE alone. GPRE represent less than half of the gallons under license. Extrapolating that would mean about $30 million in revenue, with a margin less than 30% or about $20 million in earnings or about 3 cents a share for GERS. With a P/E ratio of a newly emerging stock of about 35 we have a PPS above a buck.

  58. GEA Shares Tumble as 2014 Forecast Falls Short of Expectations

Defendant GEA is currently facing summary judgment for infringement of GreenShift's patented technologies. It's worth noting that GEA now refuses to sell centrifuges for the purpose of extracting oil unless the ethanol producer has a license with GERS.

GEA Group AG (G1A), a German maker of food-processing equipment, fell the most in a year after predicting

2014 profit that disappointed analysts. The shares dropped as much as 6.8 percent.

“We feel more comfortable setting targets we are certain we can achieve,” Chief Financial Officer Helmut Schmale said in a press conference at the company’s Dusseldorf headquarters. “Exchange-rate uncertainty in emerging markets may continue.”

GEA announced plans in June to sell its heating-exchangers unit as it seeks to focus on its main business. The company, which was founded in 1881 as a metals trader and today makes milking machines, beer-brewing kits and lollipop production lines, saw orders decline in Europe and the Americas last year, while increasing elsewhere.

“We believe that the management wants to be conservative,” Frankfurt-based DZ Bank analyst Markus Turnwald said in a note to clients. “This Ebitda guidance is well below estimates.”

The shares fell as much as 7.2 percent, the steepest intraday decline in a year, and were trading 2.8 percent lower at 33.22 euros as of 1 p.m. in Frankfurt. That extended the decline this year to 4.3 percent, valuing the company at 6.4 billion euros.

Order intake at the mechanical equipment division, which Turnwald said is one of the most profitable, declined 5.9 percent, while slipping 6.1 percent at the food solutions unit and 2.8 percent at the refrigeration division.

  60. Tomorrow we may see $.0012, next week we should see $.002. I think that the 10Q will be very good and we may even see some signs of a settlement.

Even at 760,390,000 shares poutstanding, at $.01 it is only a $7,603,900.00 market cap. This against a solid growing earning number, possible settlement deal, declining debt load, and positive news every step of the way in the courts. We can easily support the $.10 pre reverse split level... I wouldn't be surprised if Kevy either buys back shares of cancels them all together. Remember his preferred shares are tied to teh common shares so he has a vested interest in share price appreciation as does Wisness. Exciting times for sure!

  64. I am afraid that this euphoria that you espouse will be dashed by the reality of the 10K. Hope I am wrong, but this has been our history relative to GPRE filings for three years.

I posted an analysis that indicates a PPS above a buck if these results hold universally for their licensees. The fact that we are less than a penny should tell you where the rest of the world places this possibility. Be happy, be euphoric, but you are mostly alone in the short term -- until this round of litigation is closed, the award paid, YAGI is vanquished, and the primacy of GERS' IP confirmed. That is when you will see real movement and real investors come in not the decimal penny flippers that this play will attract.

Ask yourself this question; if all the optimistic "facts" you want to believe that have come from someone who has been "providing" them for many years are correct, why have we fallen from $180 per share to $0.001 in the last few years? Let me, and many more know when you have the answer.

YAGI is a vulture, there is no corporate governance, they are teetering on the brink of BK, and the cash from the litigation is months away. I did so based on other factors I have not shared. ICM's oil extraction patent applications continue to run into problems. There's now two oil extraction applications that have been rejected as un-patentable.

This one slipped past my radar, ICM's 13292266 patent application titled "Bio Oil Recovery Systems" received "final rejection status".

ICM's attempt to steal more technology was recently rejected by the USPTO as being un-patentable over what is now GreenShift's 7,608,729 patent titled, "METHOD OF FREEING THE BOUND OIL PRESENT IN WHOLE STILLAGE AND THIN STILLAGE."

Here's some quotes from the USPTO...

ICM's rejected claims unpatentable over.."Winsness et alPGPUBS Document US 2007/0238891.."

"thus aiding production of bio-oil product as in claims 16, 33 and 35. Winsness supports such findings by teaching that the liquid, clarified streams following such centrifuging and other mechanical processing having reduced solids content and saving in dryer operation due to reduced dryer load(#34, 39, and 40)."

How can someone psot that and not be dealt with. That is way beyond freedom of speech or ones opinion. That is an out and out slanerous lie as someone else posted. Is life that lonely and why are people so concerned about this company and it's seccesses and failures. It can only mean that people are either working for or running the companies that are against the ropes with these infringement issues. My take is that the noose will soon be getting tighter and tighter. There was a post a few weeks back but that too could have been another lie against this company. They have a great technology and these companies feel the need to steal vs buy a lisence. Jealousy is a horrible thing.

    http://seekingalpha.com/article/2001901-green-plains-renewable-energys-ceo-discusses-q4-2013-results-earnings-call-transcript?source=yahoo

    Record Income

We generated record operating income from corn oil production of $11.3 million in the fourth quarter which was nearly $2 million higher than the third quarter of 2013 and over $4 million higher than the comparable quarter in 2012.

Our corn oil production volume increased 39% for the first quarter this year versus 2012. We continue to push our yield higher reaching 0.72 pounds of corn oil per bushel in the current quarter for the 10 plants that were producing corn oil, a little bit more than a 10% improvement from the fourth quarter of 2012. In 2014, we should produce over 250 million pounds during the year.

While prices of corn oil overall have been lower, with an increased yield and increase production, the segment should still see an increase in operating income versus 2013.

    Oil Trader TEAM

Thirdly, we’re very excited about our vegetable oil trading team. It is a team that will (inaudible) off of our 250 million pounds of corn oil but also extensive contacts globally, has traded in excess of 500 million pounds of oil and we believe that will be just a great additive to what we both domestically and globally both in servicing the feed markets, the diesel markets and then the renewable diesel markets and then the renewable diesel markets globally. So we kind of look at these there is not a lot of bar needed for these business and we’ve always focused on low bar and that’s basically how we’re thinking about our trading businesses today.

We produced approximately 210 million gallons of ethanol which was approximately 100% of our daily average production capacity for the quarter. With all of the plants now online and running for the full quarter our capacity should just average a little over 250 million gallon per quarter going forward.

    Record Volumes

Corn oil production totaled 51 million pounds in the fourth quarter and we made 170 million pounds over the last 12 months. Corn oil contributed $11.3 million in operating income for the fourth quarter of 2013 or approximately $0.01 per ethanol gallon sold.

We are nearly complete with our corn oil addition at our Atkinson plant. So going forward we will have all 12 plants producing corn oil and with the progress we've made on improving the yield we expect to produce approximately over 250 million pounds of corn oil in 2014.

We will process over 10 million tons of corn this year, produce nearly 3 million tons of livestock feed and over 250 million pounds of corn oil. Green Plains has grown to be one of the largest corn processors in the world and we believe this will open up new opportunities for growth.

This the best mark since the fourth quarter of 2010 when we earned $0.25 per gallon that quarter. And again, remember this does not include approximately $0.05 per ethanol gallon that the corn oil segment adds to our production economics.

We generated $28.2 million of non-ethanol operating income for the quarter which was up approximately $10.3 million versus the fourth quarter of 2012. The increase was driven by the marketing and distribution segment which was up $7.6 million over the fourth quarter last year and the corn oil segment up $4.2 million versus a year ago.

GreenShift Corporation (GERS) today announced the issuance of a significant ruling in its ongoing prosecution of ethanol producers and other entities for infringement of GreenShift’s patented corn oil extraction processes, including U.S. Patent Nos. 7,601,858, 8,008,516, 8,008,517, and 8,283,484.

"GreenShift believes that the ruling dramatically strengthens its case for infringement against any person or entity recovering or facilitating the recovery of corn oil from the concentrated thin stillage by-product of ethanol producers."

"The Court disagreed with the defendants’ arguments,

“We are very pleased with the Court’s ruling,” said David Winsness, GreenShift’s Chief Technology Officer and co-inventor of its patented corn oil extraction technologies. “We have looked at the so-called advanced oil, oil plus, COSS and such other attempts to work around our patents. We are highly confident, and even more so with this latest ruling, that all such attempts plainly infringe our patents.”

  172. Narcissistic Personality Disorder
