ICM Filing Rejected

ICM's reply to the Court of Appeals' request for a specific non-filed filing was apparently filed improperly and was rejected.  At least that is what the court said.  ICM has not yet weighted in on the court's opinion.  Perhaps it is the court that is unaware of how to properly file.

I will withhold my SkunK judgment until ICM responds.

Pacific Ethanol - Solo

As I check off the list of tag-alongs vice the new litigation list, I see that Pacific Ethanol is noticeably absent.  They remain a stand-alone among the new (and old) class of litigants.  The latest information I have is this status report:
SEE HERE

. . . that has GreenShift's next filing due 1 October.  Pacific Ethanol's response 1 November.

U.S. Grains Council Releases Study on Low-Oil DDGS

"Low-oil DDGS also had no effect on cattle carcass quality – nor on overall production performance at common inclusion rates."

"Cattle Carcass" sounds like road kill - just think steaks!

The video talks about how Canadian feed lots can use "low oil" as leverage to bargain for a lower price.  Yet the video does not mention the study showed low oil "had no effect" on production performance!
