  1. I find it interesting that I am also following another patent suit of Syntroleum versus Neste'. This suit is being brought at the USPTO challenging validity of patents. So, why is this suit being brought in civil court versus the USPTO route that suit is pathing?

  2. Because here the USPTO has already reviewed all the material brought up by the defendants and ruled in Greenshift's favor.

    The defendants here argue that everyone is wrong except them. They would rather delay than pay royalties. So they delay.

    Will this cause them to rethink extending the GERS' note in 3 months and cashing in on the sale of GERS' valuable patents? These patents are worth much more than millions owed them.
