Virtually everyone has criticized my steadfast adherence to a timetable given to me by an experienced IP attorney. This attorney upon review of the proceedings stated that the Defendants were conducting the delay, delay, and delay some more tactic that works very well when the defendants have substantially more resources. The recent filings and GERS' own words add further credibility to this position that we are years away from seeing any money change hands. We have all the pretrial maneuvering, the trial, the appeals, the motions for enforcement of the award, their appeal, etc. All the while we will be diluted to hell and back. The only real possibility of short circuiting this is a SJ and the plight of the common shareholders is not germane to that motion. So don't hold your breath for this outcome -- GERS has documented that it can survive on dilution and although the PPS indicates that they are going out of business the Court is not likely see it that way.
Obviously we are still in business since May 1st has come and gone. ANOTHER terrible deadline past! I look forward to the next deadline (taken from the same 5/1 extension): Plaintiff’s proposed amended schedule remains very aggressive but is necessary and does not affect the timing of the filing of motions for summary judgment of infringement by Plaintiff, which would remain due on July 16, 2013 under Plaintiff’s proposal.
Look at the entire timetable, the motions will not be completed until October. Further, "The Plaintiff submits this motion with good cause and that it is necessary given the large number of experts in this case, the short remaining time scheduled for discovery remaining to be conducted, and the complexity of this MDL action". The words Michael J. Rye Esquire do not seem to echo the notion that this litigation is a slam-dunk win for GERS.
Upon what information, or insight do you do you base this belief? Is this a real settlement where the offender states that they have abridged GERS' IP and is paying a penalty, or is it like the previous "settlement" that none of the above occurred as a courtesy to an existing customer?

If GERS makes money, I will get out as close to initial INVESTMENT as I can. If it does not, I will take the loss and use it as a tax write-off. GERS may well go lower in "sub-penny" land, but it will certainly never fall far enough to equal your "sub-human" status. The ONLY reason I have posted here and on iHub was to try to level the playing field. I felt it was extremely unfair for people to only read your critical dribble. You insist postings in blogs do not affect the pps, yet you insist on constantly posting, minute by minute updates about how poorly GERS is doing, not to mention your insistant predictions and idiotic timelines in a manner which are aimed at keeping away potential investors. I won't waste another minute checking Skunk's blog, or the "basher controlled" iHub. Here's hoping you actually do own as many shares you say you do.
