Moot Filing

Here is a new filing deemed moot.  I ask, does the law firm give a discount when they submit a moot filing to the court?  Seems even the lawyers assigned have trouble keeping up.  On the other hand, my guess is the billing records for the defendant's are very much up to date.

  3. If they are out of cash what do they have to settle with? Nothing like a broke debtor to foreclose payment -- win the battle and lose the war.

  11. Geez, I've been away from following GERS on iHub or Skunk for about 3 months now, I come back today and NoBody is still in both, spouting the same crap every day.

There's obviously a motivation behind someone's actions to repeat the same nonsense every single day.

Get a life. It's absolutely pathetic.
