  2. Actually, if I'm not mistaken this document is only requesting the withdrawal of Docket No. 776. Docket No. 776 is requesting the addition of Lisa A. Hiday to the defendant Iroquois Bio-Energy Company, LLC’s Legal counsel. Apparently Lisa A. Hiday is no longer going to represent Iroquois. That is all.

  10. You are unfortunately correct. There where more than a million shares "traded" below the BID today. The last time this happened was more than 18 months ago and we later learned that these were discounted shares that represented only a fraction of the massive (no other word applies) dilution and resultant expansion of the OS count so large that KK initiated the last R/S. That was one of the justifications for the 1000:1 R/S that occurred in November 2011.

  16. It's all because of the cases if the case was closed nobody would sell it. This stock has became pitch your pennies in the bucket then it becomes .25 depends who much you buy and when you sell. Everyone own this stock waiting for it to go low to buy more of a sure thing
