The samples above give you the basic formats that were directed at each defendant.  Each defendant got one of these directed at them.

Would i be wrong by thinking that since the 517 patent is now asserted to Flottweg and United Wisc Grain Producers, that the rest of the infringers may have settled? What about ICM? Jeff

CleanTech's motion to add a similar patent, U.S. Pat. No. 8,283,484, which issued October 9, 2012, is currently pending.

NASCAR: Sunoco's Green E15 Fuels Every Lap

The next time you see a NASCAR race, remember that Greenshift is involved in making every gallon of Sunoco's Green E15 a little greener.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKSFqVN6EVo

Sunoco's Green E15 runs the NASCAR races and this big oil company is licensed with GERS.

http://www.greenshift.com/photos/phpslideshow.php?directory=sunoco&mode=1
Here's a slideshow of Greenshift's corn oil extraction system inside Sunoco's (SXL) Green E15 ethanol plant.
I especially enjoy the Greenshift logo on the equipment in slide 3.

Greenshift licenses it's patents to Sunoco.
http://www.greenshift.com/news.php?id=279

Sunoco additionally awarded GreenShift the construction project to design and install the equipment.

“We selected GreenShift to be our technology provider after extensive review,” added Gary Center, Fulton ethanol facility manager at Sunoco. “The ability to extract corn oil to sell to third parties will provide a positive economic impact at the plant.”

“GreenShift is very pleased to be working with Sunoco; throughout the entire process Sunoco demanded the very best, and we are pleased that we were able to deliver,” added Edward Carroll, GreenShift’s President.

About Sunoco, Inc.

Sunoco (SXL) is a leading transportation fuel provider with operations located primarily in the East Coast and Midwest regions of the United States. The company sells transportation fuels through more than 4,900 branded retail locations in 23 states. APlus convenience stores are operated by the company or independent dealers in more than 600 retail locations. The retail network in the Northeast is principally supplied by Sunoco-owned refineries with a combined crude oil processing capacity of 505,000 barrels per day.

I assure you that Greenshit has nothing to do with amount of ethanol that is produced at Sunoco. So to make that leap to NASCAR is even a bigger stretch...pump and dump baby....pump and dump!

This is the best Zeropoint video I've seen to date.

Remember, Greenshift owns part of Zeropoint. Zeropoint recently teamed up with Allied Resource Group/Envirotherm. These large companies have the resources to move the next of 8 of these projects forward.

Greenshift owns the exclusive rights to this patented technology in North America and it sounds like this is where the focus is turning to.

I believe the North American projects have been identified and construction is set to begin.

Adkins Motion To Stay Summary Judgement DENIED

GERS filed a motion for summary judgement against Adkins, as well as others. Adkins filed a motion to stop (stay) this until after Adkins' counterclaims were decided. Adkins said that in the event the motion to stay was DENIED that they should be granted an extension of time to repond to GERS' motion for summary judgement until, November 15. GERS agreed to this.

The court DENIED Adkins motion to stay and granted them time to respond...https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B_ch8gAs4lCcZUdsUWw1S25McnM/edit?pli=1

The stipulated motion for extension of time to repond to GERS' motion for summary judgement was granted. That means Adkins motion to stay was DENIED.

Aemetis/SRS COES In Keyes, California !$!$!$!$

Aemetis has installed equipment from Solution Recovery Services. This is equipment that is based on GERS' patents that other producers have installed and licensed with Greenshift.

Solution Recovery Services (SRS)
The same company that installed their COSS equipment in Corn LP's plant.

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1359687/000135968711000024/a1060-srscontract.htm

SRS specifically stated in their contract with Red Trail that
SRS is not willing to defend against GERS' patents. They say it's Red Trails responsibility which is furthur explained in the 10.4 which is confidential.

10.3 "Other than as a claim by GS (for which Customer shall be solely responsible, as defined in Section 10.4), SRS shall defend (through counsel of its selection and at its expense) and, as set forth herein..."

It's no surprise that SRS respects Greenshift's patents. As you can see in the link below, their equipment is directly based on GERS' process.
http://solutionrecovery.com/ethanol.asp

The SRS system recovers corn oil during the evaporation stage from the concentrated thin stillage.

"Aemetis recently designed, built and began to operate a corn oil extraction unit at Keyes that will produce about 2 million gallons per year of extracted oil for biodiesel or animal feed and reduce the carbon footprint of the facility that will be important over the next few years to comply with the state Low Carbon Fuel Standard. The LCFS mandates a cut of our fuel’s carbon emissions by 10% to reduce global warming."

If you go to page 13 of PEIX's investor presentation, you'll see that PEIX, Aemetis, and Calgren are intertwined.
Pacific ethanol markets the products that Calgren and Aemetis (as well as Front Range) produce.

did GERS get a flint hills as a customer?

“We look forward to welcoming the Fairmont team to Flint Hills Resources,” Razook said. “We share the same high-standards for customer service, operations excellence and compliance, so we expect a very smooth transition."

"Flint Hills Resources' biofuels business includes four Iowa ethanol plants with a combined capacity of 435 million gallons, a biodiesel plant in Texas, and investments in biofuels technology and feedstock development."

Post from Petalman:

This is in case the inevitable happens and my most recent post is removed from ihub. Most here should be used to this tactic as Nobody posts the same comments on every board he can find.

"Tech,
I'm having a hard time following your posts. All day, you post that the trend is up, then the trend is down, then you've never seen anything like it before, usually ending with something like "you're guess is as good as mine".

I can understand that you may not want to mis-lead anyone, but the rules here state that anything posted is understood to be "your opinion" and not professional advice. That being said, calling people "market morons" and "children" is just rude and un-called for.

If it appears I am the "pot calling the kettle black", it's only because we have already been subjected to someone else who for the past several years has made it a point to berate almost everyone else here with condesending comments, even admitting to how fun it is to "pimp the cadets" as he put it.

Although there should be no "sides" to take here, it would be prudent to perhaps do a little more research before taking up an alliance and starting to take on the same demeanor previously described."

nobody123789 said...

I am afraid that Petalman has hurt feelings because more than one person is confronting his misunderstandings about this stock. Be patient with him. He will be in a better mood in a few years when GERS start to climb north, unless ICM settles, then he can party any time. If we get no word about a settlement in the next 11 weeks we may have to wait until mid March to know anything substantive; that will be along wait for one of my for one of my favorite cadets. Of course we will know if YAGI calls the note and takes over Greenshift, we will not be able to get quotes for GERS (symbol not recognized because it has been delisted); then Petalman will be in a really bad mood.

Post from Petalman:

1. I am not one of your cadets.
2. Seek help for even thinking that.
3. I was afraid Tech was developing the same "God-like" sick attitude you suffer from and wanted to quell his demeanor toward others.
4. Based on the reply he posted (which was quickly removed by another Mod), he IS as bad as you and I fear beyond hope.
5. Have a nice day.

nobody123789 said...

This from the Petal who constantly states that the Nobody is on ignore. If my objective musings torture him so, why hasn't done what any dumb animal would do and attempt to remove the source of irritation. Not to do so sounds masochistic and for that he does need to seek help; poor cadet.

tearing out a GERS system and re-installing inferior equipment just to add-on an inferior oil-plus system, and/or infringe GERS patent and subject themselves to suit, doesnt sound like a smooth transition into a first rate operation to me but if you say so i guess thats the end of it.
