  1. GERS-going down, down, down, down!!!!!!! Same old story after R/S and who is getting rich, rich, rich, rich!!!!!! Same old story with KK, EC, DC, DW, GB, WD, YAGI and many lawyers.

Does anyone know what is going on with this company? All I may do is read the Q's as there is never any news.

  2. Snake oil salesmen sold snake oil to thos who believed in magical cures. Green Energy companies sell stock to Green Believers. Making money requires a transaction between a seller and a buyer. Making a sale requires convincing the other party the product is worth-while. Good luck or be damned. Your choice.

  3. i just re-read the last few Q's and you are right anonymous. The only winners in this race are those closely associated with the company. Primarry non-diluted stock ownership of KK and EC could take this company private overnight after a settlement and the inventors will continue to reap royalty benefits without major corporate ownership due to license agreements for the patents. Thus the structuring of the company with wholly owned subsidieries and protection from losses or other technology ownership including ADRN and GSEN.

  5. Anonymous responds: You should do your own homework and make your own conclusions. I read the Qs myself and correlated with other information I could find. Along with correlations as to what happened to other stocks owned or previously owned by this company. The pattern is significant and I believe if they have a winner, they will pull the rug out from under everyone by going private when they no longer require stock-holder investment (or donations). That could happen over night by proxy vote without you knowing and you end up with nothing. There is one stock holder that owns over 50%of the voting stock and another with a large quantity at 15%. YAGI owns 5% and other management owns even more. So common share holders have no real equity (less than 25%) other than to donate to the cause of few. Look at the increases in available shares, dilution, then reverse split followed by the same game three times over. There has been movement of GERS technology into other shell companies and shells created to sell or avoid bankruptcy or pay debtors. You decide your own fate. I know mine.

  7. Anonymous, i read the recent and past quarterly statements. I noticed some interesting filings that MIF is a releative of Kevin Kriesler and has been dealing a large amount of stock. Also there is something about the CEOs wife having some kind of ownership. there have been many axchanges of stock and beneficiaries I dont understand. Seems shading in some ways.

  8. Thanks for all your WARNINGS! Thanks to you I just read the last quarterly and found ALL this shady stuff: That our CEO is throwing $$9 million of his own money towards this company, and the money of his family and he personally guarantees all of the debt of the company. Maybe you can WARN HIM TOO before its TOO LATE! Hahahahahaaa

You better hurry before your ICM check bounces! Getting pretty desperate are we?

"During the year ended December 31, 2010, 8,920 shares of Series D Preferred Stock were converted into 10 million shares of Company common stock by Viridis Capital, all of which shares were subsequently surrendered to the Company and cancelled between November 2010 and May 12, 2011. Viridis Capital is the majority shareholder of the Company and its sole member, Kevin Kreisler, is the Company’s founder, chairman and chief executive officer. Viridis Capital (along with our chairman personally and an entity held in trust for the benefit of our chairman's wife), has provided GreenShift and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries with more than about $9 million in financing. Viridis Capital and Kevin Kreisler have guaranteed all of the Company’s debt due to YA Global (see Note 10, Guaranty Agreements, above). Viridis Capital has also guaranteed all amounts due to Cantrell Winsness Technologies, LLC in connection with the acquisition by the Company’s subsidiary of its patented and patent-pending extraction technologies (see Note 13, Related Party Transactions, below)."

  10. Annonomous replies: Now we are doing our due diligence research and not just reading headlines. I wondered what it would take to get this discussion back to reality versus dreams. Please let us all do more research and demand information from this corporation. Speculation only gets us to Las Vegas. We need real upfront information to make investment decisions.

  11. Put your shares in-line for the big boom coming next week. GERS will spike to $0.50 and then collpse back down to $0.09 over three days. Dilution, dilution. MIF, YAGI, etc. and ?.
