Entry From Discovery Conference

Conference call about Discovery on the 1st of March.  This is the one from the "Moving Defendants" wanting to know exactly how to engineer around (the "but for" market?) . . .  or how they are specifically infringing the patents.  Both sides could follow up until the 5th.  Now we await a ruling.  See Here

This shows GreenShift's argument HERE

Here is Defendant's Legal Sources HERE

Defendants Exhibit A

As a bonus I have a common example of a lawyer leaving a firm in an active case.  They send in an administrative note to the court that someone is leaving or coming in.  Defendants have had a few, but not seemingly excessive over time, so I do not bother you with them.  Here is a recent example.

NOW here is an update of ICM's COES patent application. First is a telly conference.  Then on the 4rd page ICM revokes their Law Firm's power of Attorney on 14 Feb.  SEE HERE.  Also note on page two that on the ICM end of the phone was Barbara Clark on the telly 16 Feb.  As you see here Barbara Clark is a branch manager for the law firm that had its power of attorney revolked two days earlier on the 14th of Feb.  ??????????  Let me think on this . . . .

  1. Poet an Icm have abandoned their patents? Whenever their patents rejected in the past they fire attorneys. Couldn't figure how to work around Gers and 90 days is up. Time is up for new claims. Attorneys fired. Icm must be troubled they sold off a plant to Gers licensee.

  3. their recent indefiniteness confabulation under §112 seems to confuse a product patent with a (clearly defined) process patent.

  5. None have settled to my knowledge and why would they at this point. This case will be determined by the judge in a summary judgement ruling long before it ever goes to a court trial and those involved in the case, including GS, know that. Skunk....I know you..you are a good and honest guy that means well but I believe that in this case your intentions, while honorable as they might be and as loyal to the company as they might be, are greatly misplaced. Your inability to look at this case objectively has become clear as time drags on.

This case should all be over in a couple of months and many will lose thier investments on both sides that is for certian. The only winners are lawyers of course. Good luck to all in this case.

  6. Well to that comment above... you clearly dont know what you are talking about and definatly then have no knowledge of the history of this because there have been alot that settled and signed on with GERS. You need to turn that so called knowledge you are giving to skunk and leave that one for yourself and go get educated. Does ICM pay well for bashers these days? Idiot.
