  3. This Nobody basher on Ihub really sucks at what he does. He just so stupid. Hope no one is paying him to bash on ihub and Yahoo under another name. He's that bad. Pay attention closely and you will see why.

    Absolutley pathetic basher!

  4. Here is an example from the "Absolutely pathetic basher" also known as me on I-Hub:

"I think blaming the entire sordid history of this company and its predecessors on the dastardly infringers is short sighted. The problems of infringement for any company that is based almost exclusively on its intellectual property must be expected. You know the time-honored adage, "Don't get in the water unless you know how to swim with sharks". Many of the problems GERS is facing today are self inflicted. That said, crawling out of the muck and mire is possible but will take more than just vanquishing the dastardly bad guys. Should I start the list with: establishing a real corporate governance? We could start a poll of what needs to be done and be bewildered by what ensues, much of it logical and reasonable. My point is that we have to start and any one assuming that we are going to transit from where we are to where we should be in terms of PPS without demolishing the old and laying a solid foundation is not paying attention. I have had two conversations with people of substantial means that I have tried to convince to come forward and invest or better provide alternative financing. After review of publicly available information their responses were very sobering -- it ain't going to happen without major corporate and share structure changes".

If this is bashing, you need to take a gander at Yahoo.

  5. Once again Nobody, you backed up my claim.

When someone steals your technology and offers the service cheaper than the one that created it, more than likely the company will use the cheaper service with the same technology.

So, Greenshift did screw and that did hurt them big time.

Keep going nobody. You're so pathetic. You take that little yellow bus to school?

  6. As usual the anonymous experts embarass themselves. What Nobody is portraying is sound reasons why the share price is not moving despite an increasingly profitable business model. All who invest here should be fully aware that, set against the Intellectual Property advantage, is the share structure that gives Kevin Kreisler almost complete control over what happens to our shares, with little in the way of Corporate Governance or oversight. Choose to ignore this if you want, but quit with the ignorant and childish attempts at a put down, because ultimately, he's right.

  7. Neil,

I am writing GERS today in an attmept to determine why they have not placed a link to that very positive video on their web site. I have received replies to about 20% of my emails in the past. I am curious if I get a response and what that might be.

    ReplyDelete
  8. The cognomen "Neil" is no less anonymous than "anonymous". You are still hiding behind one or the other. I am.

We appreciate your input but please kill the condescending tone.

    ReplyDelete
  9. There are a lot of Neil's in this country!

Why don't you tell your last name, address, number and so forth with proof, then you can clam not to be anonymous.

    Appreciate all you do.

    ReplyDelete
  10. With Neil (and myself, and others) you can follow him/us from board to board and evaluate consistency and cogency of their position. That ability provides a measure of accountability. Also, I respond negatively to the Anonys for two other reasons: 1) it is difficult to direct a reply, and 2) most of the Anonys do not contribute any thing, pro or con, that can be intelligently discussed, therefore causing all Anonys to be lumped in the category of reflexive responders. By the way, to what epithet are you referencing?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Neil,

don't YOU think it's obvious that with share price 0000.000001 there WILL be different pps along the way with different company structures?

At this moment we all know that investors believing in the technology have stood up to bring GERS to this point, suppose WE are not of the same character as some nobody's hidden agenda.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Lambertus,
I don't believe Nobody has a hidden agenda. He's mainly repeating his long held (I remember his posts on Raging Bull 6/7 years ago) and valid (IMO) concerns about corporate structure and governance. We should absolutely all be aware of this, though we may not all rationalise it the same way. It seems as though too many people that graze stock message boards are binary - they either want 100% support or 100% criticsm. Real life is much more nuanced. GERS is valued this low for a reason. We all hope that its valuation will begin to reflect the steps taken to enforce IP and develop customers. I believe it will - probably faster than Nobody thinks it will - but that doesn't mean he's wrong to highlight the issue. It helps me to reevaluate and I like to read the well thought out negative posts as much as positive.
I'm here to make money after all.

  13. Thank you for your response Neil,
stock market is about the only market were people complain when it gets cheaper.

You liked it when it was 10 cents why dislike it at 1 cent, thats a hidden agenda to me or sheer stupidity.

    ReplyDelete
  14. What your simplistic analysis discounts is that circumstances may be the same or different between when it was 1 cent and when it was 10 cents. This is another throw away line that has less to it than meets the eye. As investors we should all reevaluate constantly as the corporate world is dynamic - this does not necessarily prove a hidden agenda or stupidity, but common sense.
To be clear, I am still investing at the prevarbial 1 cent, and have been so at various (higher) prices for over 6 years now. The fact that, on balance, I think the company will be successful does not mean I can can't see the risks.

    ReplyDelete
  15. The previous BUY recommendation was issued on 01.04.2012 (5) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0650. Since then GERS has gained 38.46% .

    ReplyDelete
  16. For some obtuse reason someone has chosen to confuse things by leaving the last message in my name. It was obviously a different Neil.
Why do people do this stuff?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Neil,
A simple conclusion does not portray a simplistic analysis.

I agree the analyse though a continuous process should have been done before first purchase and constant, but.. the corporate governance has NOT changed but PPS has and then we go harping on these moot points.

Why should I not see the risks or be blind to critics is beyond me. I just don't get it when someone buys shares and then complains for years on end.

    ReplyDelete
  18. The fact that corporate governance has not changed is a development in itself and affects ones judgement on the stock. It is not moot it is germane to the story. I would hope as the company matures and becomes a proper business rather than a start-up, that governance would develop. I'm still hoping for this for in order for this company to really succeed to the extent of its potential this is vital IMO.

  19. " I would hope as the company matures and becomes a proper business rather than a start-up, that governance would develop"

    Tell me doesn't want that?
But I for one do not have the compelling need to spell that out every day.
There are a lot, more important, things I want and I still do not pollute message boards.

But hey you like It, so be his guest.

Well because they can. We wont get back to a dime again which is dam shame

  26. repost Ihub

Gripzool I salute you in your post and you took the words out of my mouth.

Why does there have to be a label called the "hallakuah chorus or pom pom people".
Who are you to say that just because every second you get you can copy and paste a stupid article written that doesn not even
address what our company is doing??

Wow....that article Nobody posted might as well been sponsered and funded by the oil companies. I mean do you really think they want to ajust and change to the demands of the EPA and the world. The answer is no and they are always going to bitch and moan about getting off the oil teat.

Im sorry, but im not waving pom poms here...but do you remeber the article where the EPA exclusavly mentioned our company and the change that our company was making and helping to make all this possible. Not with corn husks.....not with cow poo..we are into corn kernels..You know what the website says on Greenshift right there at the very top..." One kernel: two fuels"
Maybe you should go re-read what it is the company does.

I agree with everyone that yes it is agravating about the lack of news and sitting having to wait. But kindley take also into consideration that they do have a ongoing settlement negotiation, other litigations or god knows what that they maybe cannot speak or comment right now on.

If your losing patience with the company and just want to bash it all day like you dont have a day job or something...then why dont you just cash out and go find a dependable stock that with pamper you with news all day. Get out of the penny stocks and go buy shares in Connoco Phillips or something. Oil companies are always dependable right??

To new ones hear that read this....the first ompression before they do their due dillegence is the sky is falling and this company is a POS.

I noticed that alot of our people that support this stock have not posted alot latley and its only been the continued supoport of our pessamistic posters.
Possibly its the good raising that says" if you cant say something nice dont say nothing at all"
Instead of the mentality by saying "if you dont have news just say anything at all and think and say about the worst"

OK....increased contracts, business signing on, profits on the rise, a positive Marksman hearing, settlement negotaitions with some infrigers, 2 infringers aleady backing down and signing on, Major Sunoco signing on, big installations for 2012, exceelent patients issued up the wazoo..... Yeah....I dont know...something sounds allfull fishy here and this company really is sounding like a stinker.

Really.... take a look again. If you have to have your hand held and spoon fed news everyday, then this isnt the stock for you nor is any penny stock.

I keep an open mind and there is nothing wrong about saying things that are not always positive about the company. But if thats all you do is for over a year bash the company that your money is in like some people here. It seriously makes one wonder about your intentions and what your day job is.

Sorry for the long post here....but some things are just getting old. After this I will problably go again on my 2 month silence period....but at least I have the patience to do so and bite my tounge.

  27. Great Post Kim!

According to that Century News alert, it now says Greenshift has over 30% of the Ethanol Business.

Oh Nobody, where are you pathetic moron!

    ReplyDelete
  28. @Anonymous 2:21PM
You might want to reread that. It says 30 percent of the ethanol industry is using Greenshift technology. We have to wait until after the courts decision before your statement is true.

  29. BillV,

Read the Century21 e-mail Alert and it was stated in that bio intro.

You may want to check that before you try to correct me!

    ReplyDelete
  30. BillV,

Here it is from 21st Century Business e-mail wire.

Over 30% of the industry is currently using GreenShift’s patented and patent-pending extraction technologies.

    Any questions or comments now?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Yea over 30 are using it but half are licensed and half infringing.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Anonymous 4:36PM has it right. Just because their using GS Tech, doesn't mean that GS is getting paid. Unless GS somehow signed over 10% of the industry already this year.

    ReplyDelete
  33. BillV,

No, I read that over 30% using it are licensed. We do not know how many are using it that are not licensed as it's never been presented.

How Do do you agree that half are infringing? Can you back that?

They would only state what they know and that is over 30% licensed.
