The lawsuit calls these and other comments “false and libelous.”

Lecere’s petition specifically alleges that Calvarese was involved in a scheme with Investors Hub either to sink the price for short-sellers or to aid Lecere’s competitors. Calvarese, who said he never has owned Lecere stock, called those claims false and preposterous. “I’m just a regular guy,” he said, saying that he operates heavy equipment at construction sites. “I don’t know any of these people. I acted on my own.”

Calvarese called his posting part of a “hobby” he started eight years ago after getting burned by an investment in a company he called a pump-and-dump. He said he often puts up what he calls “warnings” about stocks he considers overvalued or less than they appear.

“–”scuMorris lied from day one. Nothing was going to save this ship. He used LCRE [the company's stock symbol] as his personal ATM.”

–”Jim never had any intention of doing anything except rape investors.”

–”A CEO who hasn’t a clue about how to run a business. A man who diluted his stock into oblivia, shanked all the shareholders … This man is the KING of thieves and a worthless, gutless CEO.”

  3. 3800 shares traded today. That non presser brought a world of investors to the door. Oh, if they went to the GERS web site they would find nada. You folks are missing a point so critical that I am amazed that you are gambling with real money not the stuff that comes with the Monopoly game.

  4. Nobody,

We you born out pf your mother's ass? You're such a pain in the ass idiot!

No one wants to hear your crap and yet, you keep posting. If you hold shares of this company, you would be more positive and yet, you continue to play head games here.

We know your game. You suck at it!!

Go away and try to bring misery to another board.

You're a loser as you do this all day. Can't get a job...can you? Maybe this is why.

Go back up your mother's ass where you belong.

  6. Unfortunately this board is becoming an excuse for name calling - and it's not Nobody doing it. Skunk - anything you can do to up the tone here?
The fury which various "anonymous" posters put into posts against someone raising legitimate questions is quite scary.

  7. Sheeesh, Neil. Why are you so obsessed with the "anonymous" thing? Until we see your full name, address, and phone number you are no less "anonymous".

    Neil and Anonymous
    is Synonymous

  8. Neil may be anonymous, but at least I know it's the same person each time he post. If he says something I don't agree with, I can be critical of him and direct it at him, whereas you(Anonymous 4:09pm) may or may not be the same Anonymous(3:39PM). On another note, Nobody might not have as positive an outlook on this stock as others, but at least he isn't hurling personal insults at those that don't agree with him.

  9. He hurls plenty of insults Ihub just erases them.
an why dont he attack Neil for posting under different name he posts with Ihub? Like he did scribe? unless its him switching names like he does on yahoo.

  10. I speak for myself. I have a very positive outlook for GERS -- in the long term. I have spelled out my expectations in that regard in several posts. I also believe I know what should be done in the short-term to firm up this potential. As a very long and very large holder of GERS stock I will continue to speak my mind in hopes that others will see what needs to be done as well. This is my only proxy as we cannot vote, go to a stock holder's meeting, or particpate in conference calls. Looking around other boards it appears that a few others are starting to understand the difficult road ahead and what KK can/should do to promote our interests. That is a good start. In most campanies the stock holder's and the CEO's interests are the same; not here. So my little voice in the wilderness will continue to call attention what is in our interests.

  11. An at the same time being the stockholder you claim. you have no comment on infringers rejected patents dont comment on Biof in fact you harrased mngnmt cause you doubted it. hows a stockholder not comment on Abfe contract an 2nd contract. HOws a stockholder ignore Sun contract an insult investors daily?

  12. Nobody,

You're entitled to your opinion and your free to repeat it as often as you like. But lay off other investors and they'll respect you more.

    ReplyDelete
  13. I don't care about what you are calling "respect", in fact I enjoy the character assasinations that others are attempting; it gives me the fuel I need to continue to pimp these cadets. If I feel others are waiving the pom poms and not thinking, I will make factual statements to that effect. It is only a slur when it is wrong, which it has not been.

    ReplyDelete
  14. There you have it investors. Nodody clearly stated he enjoys what he does and we all now what that is.

He is not a true shareholder!! Fact! If he was, he would not be taking the good spirits away from investors in Greenshift. Fact!

  15. It is generally not a good idea to yell fire in a crowded theater. Why? Its not that their might not be a fire. That is really not the point. We are dealing with a high risk/high gain penny stock - there are always gonna be fires here and there. Hell, the theater exit signs around here are lit with candles.

The reason it is not a good idea is that yelling fire would hurt more in the stampeed than the candles would ever do.

Is it bad to make an occasional comment about the candles being unsafe? No.

Is it wrong to continue to look at the candles and yell "fire!!"? Yes

So I am someone who takes the middle ground here. A sophisticated investor already knows corporate structure would have to evolve to get on the NASDEQ and already knows that there is a reason it is the way it is now. It will not change until the major debt holder changes. That will only come with time and money. You do not have to set deadlines or try to undermind confidence in the CEO. That is obviously unproductive and because it is it irritates most long investors over time. This is what generates (what looks on the face of it) to be over-the-top, unjustifiable harsh criticism of someone.

When someone gets bit by a dog you feel sorry for them. When someone gets bit by every dog they see, you wonder how they are baiting the poor dogs.

Hell, what do I know? Maybe they just taste good.

    BON APPETIT

  16. 100million viewers?? This is the news today we should be talking about. We have never had this kind of promotion before. If one half of one percent of the potential viewers looked at GreenShift as a potential buy, that is 500,000 potential investors. If only one percent of those each invested only one thousand dollars, that is 5 million dollars chasing less than a 20 million OS. Twenty-five additinal cents chasing each share.

21st Century Business airs on CNBC and the Fox Business Network to over 100 million viewers nationwide as well as internationally via DirecTV and Dish Network.

  17. Question, if you are so sure about the short term future and the massive influx of investors next week why was I the only one on the entire planet buying today?

01/11/2012 Buy for GREENSHIFT CORP GREENSHIFT CORP 1,000.000 $.09 ($95.65)

  18. The airing of the promo is outstanding. It will stir interest, how much we will see. It is a positive and a move by GERS to say "hey look at what we offer".
This is a positive that will create enhanced awareness of the company. Kudos GERS.
