I am the SkunKhunter. I hunt down SkunK stocks. Those are stocks that have been beat down past any reasonable justification. I try to ride the stock up as market forces eventually right the ship of PPS. A SkunK is not a herd animal. He is a scavenger who knows that arriving before the herd means big profits and clean shoes. This is the journey of the GreenShift Corporation. Updated weekly between COB Friday and Sunday evening. So he had no idea what was going on in the company he strated with his brother and known as the granddaddy of the first alcohol fuel plant. Everything was just magic! I thought it all started with a still, LOL... Liars? Or just scared to be questioned under oath? There is a reason why they don't want to be disposed, a damn good reason. How many years could you do in the slammer for perjury? Just asking... PS: My gut is that Kevy already has the scoop and he wants to tighten the screws. Ole Kevy ain't stupid!
You really need to start thinking with your heads instead of your gonads and/or your pocket book! Dicke, Billig & Czaja PLLC is a highly respected IP law firm. Do you really think that they would let DVG perjure himself? Now put that that thought to rest and understand that they know that they have lost this round (read the claims construction) and they are setting up for the appeals, which they do not intend on winning but to cause the delays necessary to run GERS out of business; which is succeeding.
Laugh it up. That sound you hear is not guffaws but your equity being sucked down the toilet by execution of what will become a legendary legal strategy; written about and lauded for decades -- delaying tactics to eliminate culpability.
Dicke, Billig & Czaja PLLC?? Never heard of them! I have heard of more prominent counsel representing clients that went to prison under their watch. Lying under oath is perjury. Prison cells don't discriminate between rich or poor, good lawyers or bad.
Jonathan Aitken, politician, was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment in 1999 for perjury. Jeffrey Archer, British novelist and politician, was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment for perjury in 2001. Kwame Kilpatrick, Detroit mayor was convicted of perjury in 2008 in relation to text messages he sent to his chief of staff, Christine Beatty. Marion Jones, American track and field athlete, was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment after being found guilty of two counts of perjury in 2008. Lil' Kim, American rapper was convicted of perjury in 2005 after lying to a grand jury in 2003. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, was convicted in 2007 of two counts of perjury in connection with the Plame affair. Bernie Madoff, the former Chairman of the NASDAQ stock exchange, in 2009 he was found guilty of perjury in relation to investment fraud arising from his operating a Ponzi scheme.
Sounds like you and KK have the same goal -- vengeance. Making money is my ultimate goal and that is frequently inconsistent with your and more importantly KK's emotional state. You confuse individual culpability for perjury and attorney misconduct.
It all goes to motive and you can't separate anything out. Your last sentence doesn't make sense! The individual culpability comes from perjury and attorney misconduct idiot!
