It is not uncommon for summary judgments of lower U.S. courts in complex cases to be overturned on appeal.

Another error -- "GS CleanTech Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of GreenShift Corporation (OTCQB:GERS)"; GERS is NOW OTCPK!
