New Oil Extraction Patent Issued Today: 03-25-2014
The USPTO issued GERS' newest patent today, # 8,679,353.
After a re-examination by the patent office and consideration of the defendants excuses for infringing, this patent has been re-issued as valid.
The court's and the USPTO are siding with GERS.
The defendants have resorted to attacking the judge's interpretation of the patents claims.
