  2. Why would the desire to meet and discuss GERS with Mrs. Rachael Kreisler be off guard to Robin B. Lipinksi? After all, this is her connection:

    President and Lead Technologist

    GreenShift Corporation

    Founder

    GreenShift Corporation

I am not even going to mention KissyKat, the pet lovers dating site she founded.

All I am doing is trying to connect with the people that are investing, and subsequently, squandering my money for the past 10+ years. Why is that so offensive. She is a founder and member of the GERS team so this I feel is just the natural thing for me to do in this case. Doesn't she have an outstanding loan to the company? Doesn't she pull in a salary? Wasn't she a founder? This is all great due diligence on my part!

  4. GERS Reduces Debt Another $2.2M, Eliminates 88% of Authorized Shares

I'm amazed at all the new interest in GERS. GreenShift is reducing debt at an increasing rate. They continue to gain new business, with an equipment and installation contract to Seacor (CKH). 4 plants have been licensed in recent weeks.

Interest continues to grow in GERS...

According the DEF 14c, the principal amount of convertible debentures as of Feb, 27, 2014 totaled $24.8M. This is a $2.2M reduction from the $27M owed as of Q313.

Additionally, 17.6 billion shares have been eliminated from the authorized share pool. As of Q313, 20 billion shares were authorized for issuance. After the split, 2.4 billion will be authorized, an 88% reduction.

At the beginning of 2010, the principal amount owed on convertible debentures was $55,276,929. At that time, cash on hand was only $39K. As of the end of Q313, GERS had cash of $4.3M, a 110 fold increase. Convertible debentures have been reduced by 55% or a $30.5M reduction since late 2010.

Here's a look at the history of continued debt reduction & consistent increases in cash levels since the end of 2010.

Q410 The principal amount on our convertible debentures due to various lenders was about $46 million as of December 31, 2010. Cash, $18,420.

    Q111 " $30M. Cash, $87,576.

    Q211 " $30M. Cash, $1,407,149.

    Q311 " $32M. Cash, $1,528,192.

    Q411 " $34M. Cash, $1,364,994.

    Q112 " $32M. Cash, $835,286.

    Q212 " $28M. Cash, $1,474,867.

    Q312 " $26M. Cash, $1,679,887.

    Q412 $30M. Cash, $2,030,577.

    Q113 $31M. Cash, $2,420,380.

    Q213 $28M. Cash, $3,828,107.

    Q313 $27M. Cash, $4,296,586.

    Feb, 27,2014 debentures $24.8M, a $2.2M reduction from Q313.

GERS continues to make progress in debt reduction, revenue growth, continued innovation, additional licensees, additional patents, a multi-million dollar equipment installation contract, several settlements, court victories, and a swelling cash reserve.

    Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$

  6. Revenues Now 20X the Market Cap...Undervalued...
    .

Revenues of $20M+ a year are now 20X higher than the current market cap of $1M.
    GreenShift is undervalued.

The last time GERS split the PPS skyrocketed...
Licensed customers include GPRE, SXL, ANDE, MP, CKH and many more.

GERS stands to gain $100's of millions in past royaltys owed to the company as the judge is currently considering summary judgment against the infringers.

    I continue to buy GPRE/GERS...
    Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$

  7. skyrocketed..?? Was that an upside-down rocket? From 0.10 to 0.0005?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Yea skyrocketed. You know this. You talked about it in one of your IHUB posts. Not the one where you predicted a 10,000 to 1 split either, the other post.

    ReplyDelete
  9. slash - don't post something so foolish! Define skyrocket...

Not sure who is posting the get together notes with the lovely Mrs. Kreisler but they do have a point. To this that she is off limits when she is in fact a founder and president is ridiculous. She is fair game as far as I am concerned. I mean this in no threatening way but if it was my wife, I would keep the doors locked, just sayin... Hell, people are pissed especially in light of the 4th reverse split in about 6 years. At this point in time, the only hope is a financing deal. Even if a few of the biggies settled, most of the money would go to YA and they would still have a strangle hold on us. A re-fi deal (if there is even one in the works) would pay them off and get rid of them for good. There is a piece of me that feels that they will allow YA to take the company over by default before the end of the year. How could anyone feel any other way but skeptical with everything that has gone on to tank this stock.

  10. If a few biggies settle money goes to ya and ya is gone for good. Kevins wife is freaken hot! DVGs not so much

  11. Slash,

You well know that I was making two assumptions when I estimated the 1:10,000 ratio. 1)we would be at the 20 billion AS limit, and 2) it would occur after YAGI was dispensed with and KK wanted the PPS high enough to qualify for NASDAQ listing. Timing is everything.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Wrong again! You clearly indicated 1, not 20, billion would be out at the time of the split.

You're trying to do the same thing as the defendant's, change something that's written in stone. (prevost 15% water, as apposed to 15% fat.)

"I am expecting that we will see 10,000:1 R/S. By that time the OS will be a billion and the R/S will bring that down to 100,000 and this will be attractive to the uninitiated."

It's ok, you were only off by 9,900.

  14. Why would anyone need the home address of the Kreisler family?

Ooh I get it, to scared to just go to the company, all mouth and no substance.

Which idiot explained the stock market to you?
Net time before you invest read the sec files for example instead off due diligence on home addresses....

  15. He he, nobody finaly understands the disconnect between extraction revenue and Gers revenue, took him 5 years, we told you so. To vain to listen.
But now he doesn't understand the meager dilution in the order off a million bucks or so, is this guy for real? All mouth no brains. Can't wait to hear from his choir of dumbness how he puts a negative spin on that.

  20. Home address, because I want to personally meet with the primary principals of the company. No one is ever in the NY Office are they?

All I am doing is requesting public information anonymous family member.

You must be Kevie's father-in-law, Mr Kissykat, LOL.

And why would anyone pick the office were no one is instead of the other office baffles me also. Again your pea-brain has difficulty grasping some basic sense.
