  2. The facility in question is in poor shape, thus its mothball state and bankruptcy. Noble is spending $28 million beyond the $2 miliion COE equipment to get the plant to startup status.

I am not sure who built that plant, but if it was ICM, you can bet ICM is doing the $28 million and probably would not do that without the COE sale. On the other hand,Fagan's back yard so that may provide insight.

Otherwise, $2 million is about the cost for the equipment with profit margin only and not the installation, which again may give the the EPC contractor some muscle. Find out if ICM is doing the EPC work and you may have your answer.

However, since they claim $4 to 6 million in corn oil profits for a small facility, it is most likely the highest corn oil yield system. Also, noble Americas is a noble company that one would think honors patent law since they have many of their own.

  4. In the past many years GERS has only filed a 10K in mid April.

  6. If any one is expecting results from the next filing to provide any impetus for positive progression in the PPS, I think that you will be disappointed. Unlikely to happen until this round of the litigation is concluded.

  13. GERS' Licensee Redeems Convertible Notes

This can only be interpreted one way, good news. GERS' largest licensee continues to grow stronger, reduce debt, and buyout competitors. GPRE beat VLO to the punch with the purchase of the BIOF plants. With the way Mr. Becker runs his ship, VLO will soon sink to the #4 spot with GPRE rising to #3 largest producer in the world.

  16. Yes, GPRE is swimming in revenue, we are mired in debt and so far sub penny that a "20 bagger" would not get us to a penny. GPRE revenue does not translate in any direct way to GERS' revenue. Anyone figure out yet what is wrong with this picture?

I have! There appears to be a grumpy little troll severely stricken with NPD who can't let one bit of good news go unchallenged.

  21. Good news? Watching dilution debase our equity! If all the revenue from GPRE was doing us any good, how come we must dilute to pay our bills? The giddiness and silliness of the pied pipers is astounding.

  24. Narcissistic Personality Disorder
(NPD) is a pattern of self-centered or egotistical behavior that shows up in thinking and behavior in a lot of different situations and activities. People with NPD won't (or can't) change their behavior even when it causes problems at work or when other people complain about the way they act, or when their behavior causes a lot of emotional distress to others (or themselves? none of my narcissists ever admit to being distressed by their own behavior -- they always blame other people for any problems). This pattern of self-centered or egotistical behavior is not caused by current drug or alcohol use, head injury, acute psychotic episodes, or any other illness, but has been going on steadily at least since adolescence or early adulthood.

  25. What does this have to do with GPRE's success not able to impact GERS' dilution required to pay bills? Please explain? Do you know how to spell "substantive"?
