Any one really think that there has been progress on the Writ of Mandamus? The Appellate Court hasn't even started to consider the underlying issues, after several months! DELAY, DELAY, FOLLOWED BY MORE DELAY! Litigating the margins is costing us a fortune and the cost to the common shareholders cannot be recovered in the court award.
As Joe Friday said -- "Just the facts" and they are not pretty. Do you think that the lower court can rule on the SJ while the appeal is pending and dragging on and on?
