  1. " ... if this goes to trial." Are you envisioning a settlement? It is very unlikely that a SJ will be rendered in GERS' or ICM's favor. This has nothing to do with justice, the law, or facts at hand. The judge will want to this to go to trial to create political cover for himself; to insulate him from the rising ground swell of political reaction to "patent trolling" in Washington. We know that this is not the case here, but politics is politics and letting the common shareholders suffer a "little" longer in order to secure this personal buffer will not be an issue. This is one of the reasons why I have cautioned against too much attention being directed at the SJ -- hopes are getting too high that are likely to be dashed that will result in a sell-off. Oh, well just another buying opportunity for some.

  6. This NOBODY is all over the place, he's also bashing on the Ihub board. Man this guy has no life at allllll. I think he lost a shitload of money. too bad if he was spending all this time trading and getting better at it he would be making money instead of wasting his time.

  7. Why, this one pays so well! On time and without worry of the payments bouncing, unlike some GERS' vendors. You have to find the side with deep pockets before you know who get in bed with. These pockets are not ICM's; you know who has the biggest horse in this race? Can you spell Val.... ?
