  5. we have had 135 million shares trade this month since the last quarterly share count of 300 million plus...so the 500 million count makes some sense

    ReplyDelete
  6. Why do you think that it will end at 500,000,000?

  10. You can always tell about upbringing and education of people when you place the unvarnished and disappointing truth in front of them -- the veneer comes off and the rotten inner core is exposed.

Sorry to state the obvious -- you and so many others are trapped here waiting for the zero BID, the next R/S, the "D" suffix, and further depreciation of equity after that. Wise up, the riches if they are available may not even make it to the common shareholders, and if they do, it is many months away. The unvarnished truth.

  11. Does any one have an idea what would happen to GERS' stock if the SJ is not rendered in GERS' favor and we need to go to trial? Would that massive disappointment for the longs, what they seem to be hoping for in order to see a short-term turn around, be so large that they would completely collapse the next R/S PPS through their selling?

  12. Pix pussys an me get along great. We're on the same team!

  13. Does any one have an idea what would happen to GERS' stock if the SJ is rendered in GERS' favor and we don't need to go to trial? Would that mean massive buying an no R/S?

  16. Over the years, everybody and I mean everybody, has always, and I mean always, and I have proved absolutely, and I mean absolutely, that that's, and that's all folks!

  19. An immediate appeal would be filed and the SJ stayed until it was heard in the DC Appellate Court for IP. Thus another pipe dream vanquished and dreams of short-term riches exploded.

If after many more months the Appellate Court sided with GERS, what would happen? An immediate motion to the Supreme Court to hear the case and there is absolutely no timetable for them to respond to this motion, much-less take it up (if they chose to). During all of this time no money changes hands I am afraid, a fact that ICM is counting on as the financial life of GERS bleeds away; added and abetted by GERS as it expands the litigation frontier and associated drain on revenue.

    Any more questions?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Does any one have an idea on what grounds an appeal would be filed? Does any one else assume the SJ would be stayed or is that a dream based on ICM's hopes and wishes?

  21. n0n0dy the question you asked yourself was 'what would happen to GERS' stock if the SJ is rendered in GERS' favor' not what would Icm do

    ReplyDelete
  22. I never asked that question -- an imposter did.

    ReplyDelete
  23. you never answered it either

  24. Read 10:02 -- not a flight of fantasy as most engage in but the expectations of at least two of the GERS' principals. Castigation is not the same as erasing the facts -- they live on.

IF appealed, does any one have an idea on what grounds an appeal would be filed? Does any one else assume the SJ would be stayed or is that a dream based on ICM's hopes and wishes?

  29. Does any one have an idea what would happen to public infringers stock if the SJ is rendered in GERS' favor? Does any one have an idea what many months of hoping and wishing for the Supreme Court to hear the case will do to their stock with judgment rendered against them? Does any one have an idea why the appeals court has not heard ICM's writ?
