I am the SkunKhunter. I hunt down SkunK stocks. Those are stocks that have been beat down past any reasonable justification. I try to ride the stock up as market forces eventually right the ship of PPS. A SkunK is not a herd animal. He is a scavenger who knows that arriving before the herd means big profits and clean shoes. This is the journey of the GreenShift Corporation. Updated weekly between COB Friday and Sunday evening. I am the moron. My 4 million shares from early June are now worth more than 9 million shares. But I have the potential of that becoming much larger as the R/S looms, because I am no longer holding. The folks still holding after the barrage of new law suits and the inevitable dilution that they created and not being able to take advantage of quadrupling or more their position may want to rethink these claims of mental handicaps.
"You're mental handicaps?" As usual struggling to communicate with complete misuse of a possessive pronoun. First year college students learn that the weak possessives (also called possessive determiners) function as adjectives in front of nouns. The weak possessives are my, your, his, her, its, our, and their. But I do have to be careful about assumptions relative to educational matriculation with folks who want to hope and pray more than think.
As I stated earlier we are headed to a new all-time low and R/S after the massive dilution and loss reported in the Q2 filing. And this was totally predictable the day they extended their litigation front without adequate revenue or the award from the MDL. As predictable as night following day, if only you could see through the fog of hopes and prayers.
My Google account has been hacked. This gives you an idea of the nature of the imbeciles that inhabit this board and own GERS' common stock. Every one of the hacked posts demonstrates ignorance and muddled thoughts -- you can tell.
I estimate Q3 sales of $1M based on 15M gallons ethanol production at a standard extraction rate of .55 for the COSS system. $.39 per pound. 15M/2.8X.55X.39
$4.2M (total) X standard 20% royalty X treble(3X) damages for willful infringement = $2.5M.
AMTX agreed to purchase a COSS in November 2011 and paid $1.1M for the equipment in 2012.
"...(excluding the Corn Oil Separation System Agreement dated November 16, 2011 between Solution Recovery Services, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company and AEAFK, in effect as of the date hereof)" (Page 18)
(h) "... (v) the Corn Oil Separation System Agreement dated November 16, 2011 between Solution Recovery Services, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, and AEAFK, and (vi) the Revolving Line of Credit Agreement between Aemetis International, Inc. and Laird Q. Cagan; in each case, to the extent such Liens secure Indebtedness described in such agreements on the date of this Agreement" (Page 19)
You know that GERS has not received 20% from any one. Heck 20% for GPRE alone would almost be more revenue than they have reported for all licenses. What do you gain with these flights of fantasy?
I posted before the Q2 was filed that it would be bad -- huge dilution and earnings loss. This was not guess work it was based on expansion of the legal fronts without adequate revenue to pay for them and the fact that Slash always, and I mean always, comes out swinging (pumping) very hard before bad news is released. You witnessed his frenetic pumping in the past week. How does he know this ahead of time?
As for the infringers slowly working off thier debt (court awarded damages and penalty); that will not be in our interest. GERS needs a bolus of money, as soon as possible, to get out from under the yoke of YAGI, to end dilution, to pay for the expanding legal campaigns and to eliminate, once and for all, the possibility that YAGI calls the note and takes over everything leaving the common shareholders with nothing.
You can do the arithmetic. The data are from the filings. GPRE reported $16,315,000 corn oil revenue last quarter. GERS reported a total $4,740,000 revenue. GPRE resents about 35% of the gallons under license. 20% of $16,315,00 is $3,260,000 only $1,500,00 less than GERS' total revenue. Extrapolating the GPRE revenue to total gallons under license would yield more than double the reported revenue. 20%? No way Jose!
The ignorance on this board is astounding. Barnum and Bailey had it right -- "There is a sucker born every minute"; "A fool is soon parted from his money".
GPRE reports out by segments one of which is their corn oil segment. If you had enough brains to go to the SEC website for GPRE you would find this in their Q2 filing and similar information over the past year or so:
During the six months ended June 30, 2013, the Company paid an indemnification obligation to Viridis of $450,000, $250,000 of which was paid in the form of a debenture (see Note 9, Debt Obligations, above). These amounts are shown as other expense in the accompanying financial statements. The Company has agreed to indemnify and hold Viridis harmless from any and all losses, costs and expenses incurred by Viridis in connection with its guaranty of the Company’s obligations and its investments with the Company.

This is definitive proof nobody is being hacked. my comments were copied and reposted under nobody's monicker. Skunk, can tou do something about this lawless poster? Nobody, is there a legal approach to this impersonator?
He/she crossed the line with racist/terrorist threats last week under my moniker; but someone removed them in a day or so. It may have been the Skunk as these would have probably gotten the attention of the authorities if a charge was filed.
This is just like the fascist attempts to discredit those in Germany that challenged the proposition that Hitler was not the messiah to lead Germany out of its doldrums. Herr Goebbels would be most proud of your mindless attempts to discredit my counter position that wealth and riches are NOT right around the corner with GERS. Unfortunately, for you my position is available to all who are capable of reading objective analyses of public data.
