"ICM is not entitled to any relief or recovery by reason of its coming into this Court with unclean hands."

  4. GERS has some great lawyers on the team.

Lets hope some of that impending torrent of money, eventually trickles down to the long suffering share holders.

  10. Bloomberg:

Corn futures fell the most in two weeks as rain improved prospects for Midwest crops in the U.S., the world’s biggest producer. Soybeans and wheat gained.

As much as six times the normal amount of precipitation fell in areas of Iowa and Illinois, the largest U.S. corn growers, in the past two weeks, National Weather Service data show. Planting was 86 percent complete as of May 26, trailing the five-year average because of the wet weather, Department of Agriculture data show.

The government on May 10 forecast a record harvest this year of 14.14 billion bushels, after farmers said in March they would plant the most acres since 1936.

  15. Your chortling about the possible failure of PEIX is not only a childish rant of "my company is doing better than your company" (yet both are filing); it is completely unexplainable if you own GERS' common stock. What good what it do for you to have GERS spend hundreds of thousands of your dollars, win the suit, but not be able to recover because of BK proceedings? I do not understand the lunacy.

    ReplyDelete
  16. If anyone should understand lunacy it is Nobody. He's spent all his time outside the insane asylum posting crap about GERS online 24/7. How insane is that? I'll bet a bunch of guys in white coats are surrounding his house right now.

  17. Crap? How can anything be "crap" about a stock selling for four shares per penny? You might say from a market perspective that anything positive is "crap".

  77. I learned last night that any issue considered and adjudicated under a Writ of Mandamus cannot be an element of appeal after the lower court has rendered judgement. The IP attorney I spoke to was actually surprised by this maneuver as it will shorten the total time (including appeals) for resolution. Companies employing the delaying tactic in IP litigation, as ICM appears to be, will hold all the issues until after the lower court decision, as this is the best method to maximally extend the time until money changes hands (all proceedings and servicing). Has ICM made a tactical error?
