You fully understand the meaning of the word "uptick", I am sure. Therefore, I must conclude that your redirection of my statement from the uptick of 0.0035 to the beginning of the week is an attempt to both hide this miserable performance and to cloud my clairvoyance. Choir boy (AKA member of Hallelujah Chorus), that, at this moment, is a drop of 14%. That when the board was screaming, "here we go, this it the real thing". Only I was a voice of reason and future vision.
I have reviewed previous filings with a Word search. It is troubling that the following language was not found in previous filings for any time period:
"Our principal executive officer and principal financial officer participated in and supervised the evaluation of our disclosure controls and procedures (as defined in Rules 13(a)-15(e) and 15(d)-15(e) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”)). The Company’s chief executive officer and chief financial officer determined that, as of the end of the period covered by this report, the Company had a material weakness because it did not have a sufficient number of personnel with an appropriate level of knowledge and experience of generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America (U.S. GAAP) that are commensurate with the Company’s financial reporting requirements. As a result, Management concluded that the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures were not effective at March 31, 2013."
This cannot be viewed as boiler plate language to be included generically in filings and thus begs the question of what this language really means.
Given the requirements for certification as an OTCBB listed stock (versus a pink or grey market stock) which include measures of quality of SEC filings, does this mean that this certification is now in jeopardy? If certification is in jeopardy how will this impact the likelihood of obtaining new non-toxic funding? Even if the certification status is not in jeopardy one would think that this disclaimer would be a deterrent to finding other funding as the new investor, like the common shareholders for years (due to dilution), have no way to accurately value the investment. -- TROUBLING with a capital T. Is this a ploy by GERS to impress the court with another measure of the impact of the infringements on their viability and the desperate state that the infringements have placed the company? I hope not.
"Friggin" idiots cannot tell bashing from the hole in their heads; a hole through which their brains have clearly leaked. Their working definition of bashing is something that is not liked, no matter how objective, no matter how data-based, no matter if the commentary is taken directly from the company. These idiots are truly the relentless ones. Besides the Cadets, the Hallelujah Chorus, the disciples, the knuckle dragging Neanderthals, we have this relentless class of ostrich-like idiots.
It's Boiler plate with a B. In every filing as far as the eye can see. You need glasses? Better smack yourself upside the head knock some of that bullshit off your brain.
The only way to deal with putzes like you is to tell them put up or shut up. Find that language in a previous filing, the 10K for example, and cite it here; or wander off into the wilderness of the relentless class of ostrich-like idiots.
With such small volume anyone for a few bucks can cause the close to look like a big loss for the day. It is so easy to sabotage the "marketability" of GERS.
Well, if you thought that this was going to be over soon, despite the history, both the language and detail should have sobered you up in this regard.
