Case CLOSED!
The Non-MDL Fagen Litigation has reached a settlement.
Your assuming that the settlement does not require cash from GERS, that could easily make the short-term litigation fees look minor. Check the cash on hand in the Q2 filing.
OK "SETTLEMENT!!!" mongers; we know have a test of whether settlements will impact the PPS in the near term.
