Sales Lead

"We are currently exploring the installation of corn oil extraction technology at our plant. If we decide to proceed, we anticipate we would need to secure additional financing to do so. We do not yet know what amount of financing would be needed or upon what terms we would be able to secure such financing."

  1. Be nice to discover it was a GERS installation pending. I just wanted to comment in the middle of the night to beat Nobody in commenting on this. I'm sure he will concoct some fuzzy doomsday concept as soon as he hears his Masters Voice. Maybe not; this is Saturday, his usual day off. DHOLE

  2. Yup, my doomsday scenario has been that the PPS would fall below a penny post 4th R/S, they would not be able to secure alternative financing before the end of 2012, the ligation would languish (time to money changing hands) for many more months, even years longer than most wanted to believe, while dilution would continue unabated, to which I have recently added that if the second deadline is not met in 15 days that the PPS would plummet much further south of a penny.

You really have to get up early in the day to distort the reality of that "doomsday", so early in fact that you must be in a drunken stupor from an "all-nighter". Be careful D', the course of events here are not worth a cirrhotic liver. By the way, how is your pet, the "baby GERS" ADRNA, doing after its most recent R/S?

P.S. Would it really surprise you if Highwater is going with ICM or another vendor?

  3. Anon -1:30,

Nobody can't take a day off - it would cut into his pay from the infringers. That's why he's here 24/7 to "bash" any good news. I will say that as paid bashers go Nobody is one of the most aggressive I've seen. It's a shame. I hope new investors won't fall for it.

  4. He lives in MN anyway so icm is definitely gonna get it.
Nobody Will make sure of that

  5. Abe,

Instead of confusing diatribe, why don't you comment on the above "doomsday scenario" and tell us what is factually in error? Honest Abe, you can't, so why not give "new investors" a break and not attempt to co-opt them into buying you out of your short-term mistake. It truly is the height of indecency, worse it is absolutely immoral, to defraud them this way. I guess we will have to call Honest Abe, Scurrilous Abe.

  8. "Butamax and Highwater Ethanol continue ongoing discussion of the potential to enter into the commercialization of the Butamax process to produce biobutanol. We expect the definitive agreement review may occur in the next 12 months; this process allows HWE the opportunity to review the Butamax process, the economic viability of this project and make an overall assessment of this project."

  9. I GOT OUT LAST YEAR AT 0.03 AND AM NOT BUYING IN UNTIL THERE IS CONCRETE GOOD NEWS. SO I MISS A FEW PENNYS. I ALREADY LOST MANY DOLLARS. ANOTHER R/S SEEMS LIKELY AS THE PATTERN CONTINUES.

  11. The Euro zone is taking 10% of BANK DEPOSITS in Cyprus. Not income. Bank Deposits.

Expect a run on banks all over the world.

Are these people crazy? So much for the world wide recovery. The unravel begins.

If Obama thinks he can get away with it by executive order, its a done deal

This may destroy the banking industry and the economy in an instant as people run to pull out their money and protect it from redistribution to his voters.

  12. OMG I haven't looked at this site in almost a year. I would warn everyone to not purchase anymore of this loosing stock. Day in and day out you have anonymous and nobody 123 promoting this same terd. Here is a fact. I bought into this stock almost 4 years knowing fully that this was a high risk venture. After losing about $8000 on this piece of shit gers stock I check in periodically just to see if this website even still exists. It's nice to see that a year later that there are still pumpers of this piece of shit trying to lure someone else into this. I guess that what hi risk is abll about, but sometimes I ask myself how can Kevin Kreisler even stand to look at hiself in the mirror. He and his company and just waiting to be put out of business with these never ending lawsuits. By the time this case makes it through the legal system the technology will probably be obsolete.

  16. That is so eloquent. I am starting to believe that the inability of people to articulate cogent counter arguments and positions is not due to limited education or intelligence of the posters. We may need to accept that there are none!

  20. Nobody,
Did Google ever get back to you about having your identity stolen. Looks like he/she is still doing it.

    ReplyDelete
  21. No, I have a copy of the report they filed with the feds; who knows if anything else will occur. I suspect a lot of this is happening and it is low priority. Actually, I am now finding it humorous as it is a substitute for cogent discourse and its mere act reinforces my points more loudly than I ever could.

  27. Nobody,
You need to get a life. Waking up 6 a.m. to bash Gers for what? You're a loser. Do you really think bashing will keep Icm from paying.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Neil,
I don't care. As long as I get a check to cash I will bash.

They told me to spank it when he comes home. I have a face to face meeting with the president in thirteen days to fix my google account. I will study his gestures, body language, and mannerisms for clues.

  32. The new Neil/Nobody12378 is certainly more amusing than the old nobody. Just as twisted, but more amusing!

  33. Has any one else noticed, for the second consecutive year, despite assurances from many that there was no attorney control on external communications, that we have not had a shareholder letter?

    ReplyDelete
  34. According to fuzzy ball investigators I have none.

  35. It's not a crime to steal something that doesn't exist. I'm a anonymous ball-less nobody.

  36. Anonymous ball-less basher nobodys can be be copied by any anonymous persons with or without balls. The best part is there ain't chit you can do about it. Your as anonymous as me.

  37. Like the Church was unsuccessful with Galileo, your blind tantrums and resort to invective will not still my voice or hide the truth.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Nobody,
You mean to tell me the FBI induced google fix was to add the number 9?

    ReplyDelete
  39. Nobody,
So what's the solution to get your balls back.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Neil,
To get my balls back I have to tell folks who I am. Not hide behind anonymous screen names bashing like a ball-less anonymous nobody loser.

  41. I believe that the pollution and corruption that is being created in the comment section of this blog, that the Skunk could rightfully end this privilege. That would be a sad ending to this opportunity and acknowledgement that the forces of darkness that want to blind people to the truth have won.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Which infringer does this nobody guy work for?

    ReplyDelete
  43. Look at him threatening to shut down a blog he don't own.

    ReplyDelete
  44. If Skunk wanted to end the blog and acknowledge that the forces of darkness that want to blind people to the truth, he would have done so after you posted your first comment years ago.

  45. All of which have materialized -- an amazing track record! Under your directive think how many people would not have been spared what you have endured?

    ReplyDelete
  46. Judging from that last comment, this guy is not a shareholder.

    ReplyDelete
  47. By amazing track record I mean being more often wrong then right.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Tell us again when did you buy your shares, mister amazing track record?

Enduring 5 reverse splits is indeed an amazing track record......

  49. Let's see: called the last R/S before any one thought that it was plausible, called the 1000:1 ratio when every one said that level was nuts, called the PPS falling below a nickel then revised that to below a penny post R/S, called the litigation being very long and costly and being a significant drain on revenue when most thought that ludicrous, called no shareholder letters for the foreseeable future more than 18 months ago (and we have missed two so far), called the change in trading symbol and freezing out of any trades (folks stuck for weeks), called the escalating dilution when the OS count was 18 million and nailed the next reported number of 30 million on the nose, called the complete intransigence of ICM and clearly stated the reasons why no cash settlements that have come to fruition ... Should I go on?

P.S. You can tell the real me by the lucid, non euphoric, or vitriolic language that is written with the grammar and punctuation of someone that has graduated from high school (at least).

I'm truely sorry to those that missed the boat you shouldn't have listened. This time I renew myself. Buy at .007 I predict .08 this is your chance. Insiders will refinance in 11 days.

  57. We have until 6 working days until the end of the month and a lot needs to happen, and not happen:

    -We need a re-fi deal, non-dilutive
-We need a new customer signing or investment from one or two of our pre-existing customers.
-We should set up a co-op with all our current customers so they can invest in the technology that actaully has become a credit aspect to their margin/profitability
-We do not need any more reverse splits
-We need a settlement with one or more of the infringers, theives if you will...
-We need a share buy back
-We need a buyout by someone who can manage an operation, retaining KK for the legal scrap.

Any or all of the bove would help. I am patient enough to hold on for another 3 months.

    Best regards,

    jjwood

  58. If you need all that to happen in three months to stick around -- you are in deep trouble. That is the recipe for the next decade. I am starting to understand why most cannot "see" the truth here as the great potential is likely beyond their life-expectancy.
