I am the SkunKhunter. I hunt down SkunK stocks. Those are stocks that have been beat down past any reasonable justification. I try to ride the stock up as market forces eventually right the ship of PPS. A SkunK is not a herd animal. He is a scavenger who knows that arriving before the herd means big profits and clean shoes. This is the journey of the GreenShift Corporation. Updated weekly between COB Friday and Sunday evening. (Disclaimers on Bottom of Site)
“We are very pleased with the Court’s ruling,” said David Winsness, GreenShift’s Chief Technology Officer and co-inventor of its patented corn oil extraction technologies. “We have looked at the so-called advanced oil, oil plus, COSS and such other attempts to work around our patents. We are highly confident, and even more so with this latest ruling, that all such attempts plainly infringe our patents.”
Winsness continued: “Ethanol managers, board members, owners, lenders and other stakeholders that have adopted ‘wait-and-see’ infringement strategies are encouraged to pay careful attention to these events. Licensed producers receive a significant competitive advantage that we have pledged to vigorously defend. We will continue to do so and now look forward to expanding our efforts in the coming months.”
That last sentence is great. "...we have pledged to vigorously defend. We will continue to do so and look forward to expanding our efforts in the coming months."
Wow, look out Valero, REX, PEIX and others... we're coming for you. The question is, will GERS wait until summary judgement is granted? Or will the next wave begin after the new financing? At any rate, I think they'll roll over after seeing what happened in this case.
One thing is for certain, I'm energized and will advance my efforts like never seen before. The gloves are off, our bruised/bloodied opponent is going down.
Valero roll over, what makes you think that -- not going to happen. Another five years of litigation and dilution to bring them into the fold. How about enticing them to come in voluntarily based on the quality of our product given that theirs cannot come close to our performance? Is this such a novel idea?
Always shooting down everything nobody you are a joke and everyone knows the game your playing why do you even own shares do you really even own shares you have posted on three different message boards probably 30 posts todaysounds like your politicing real hard to keep this down.
Do you really think that an objective perspective can "keep a stock down"? Really? No wonder you think GERS is going to make you rich in the NEAR future. You live in a world of fantasy and shadows. Come out and breath the rarefied air of reality -- it is not half bad.
Nobody is a paid basher. Paid by the defendants. If you're new to this site, ignore Nobody. If you're new to trading google "basher" and you'll understand what I mean.
Has anyone come up with the theory the so-called infringers could be hedging there bets by loading up on GERS stock? Only to give it back to the market if there is a GERS favorable ruling and GERS stock goes up to pay any damages. I do not think this would bode well for GERS value as the infringers would be putting a damper on any quick rise in value by managing the dumping of their shares.
You guys and gals are brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Yesterday, down on heavy volume after release of the earth shaking PR, and you congratulate yourselves on the victory. Don't you get it yet? This has nothing to do with someone asking questions about why everything is not as most assume. If there was a fortune to be made here in the short term do you really think a handful of believers would be the only ones buying into GERS? Can't you possibly ask yourselves the question that I have posed for many years -- what do others know that we do not or that we ignore? Ask it of yourselves -- you aren't that brilliant.
Noticed how early Nobody got on this blog to post this on a Saturday morning. Looks like he's nervous. Couldn't sleep all night...heah?? Will be a tough weekend for you...I know - lol
My day is here, many times over. It is obvious that most are incapable of asking probing questions -- typical of member of the Hallelujah Chorus which is filled by believers only incapable of what they consider blasphemy -- questioning the dogma.
I did my averaging down last fall with shares below 0.02. Now what other contrived explanation are you going to come up with for the persistence in my position that we are way too early to expect returns on that investment? For those of you excited about what Monday will bring based on the PR, well I am sorry for you. We basically knew that information before. And if you think that DW and KK decided to go public with this news on their own volition reread this phrase : "GreenShift believes that the ruling dramatically strengthens its case for infringement against any person or entity recovering or facilitating the recovery of corn oil from the concentrated thin stillage by-product of ethanol producers". If you think that came from the pen of DW you are delusional. Oh, I just answered my own question.
If I were an accused infringer, i would hedge my position by buying in to the other sides position since it is currently so cheap according to what all think will be a $10.00 stock eventually. That amount of gain would more than cover my suit potential losses and I would be playing the market for me to lose. What a dilemma is that? Of course KK, his dad and EC still control 80% of the stock so it maybe does not matter who owns how much stock once the hammer comes down either way. The inventors are protected by the legal agreement of technology sale, upper-management is making money from majority ownership, YAGI is covered by under-price stock purchase and the rest are simply squabling over the 20% that will continue to be diluted and dilusional dreams of rich wealth.
This is why all the great news does not catch the attention of the big houses. They look at this and say WHAT? Are you fing with me on even spending my time to consider this train wreck.
It is there now, it wasn't there until several hours after the PR was published.
