The mind set in GERSland is that only positive news for GERS should be brought to public attention. There are two problems with that besides being hysterical and euphoric: there is not much good news coming and GERS is not talking much, at all.
Excuse me JACKASS! I was just wondering why "Greenshift GERS - the unofficial site" would report about a competing oil extraction contract. Nothing "hysterical and euphoric" about it. For a moment I thought maybe YOU had taken over the blog and were going to start putting a negative spin on anything and everything.
Since IMO there are no feasible methods to extract that are not within GERS patents, it would seem in all fairness to avoid an absolute monopoly by GERS, other entities would be able to participate and profit in the corn oil industry thru equipment and installation deals, yet because their systems are within GERS patents they would also be licensed by GreenShift.
It's not primafuels, edeniq holds a 100% license for ICM's "oil plus" technology, you know, that AOS thing they failed to get a patent for but still advertise as "patent pending".
Also at the rapid rate of expansion and demand of COES within the industry does GreenShift alone currently have the ability to provide equipment, install and licensing for all? IMO GERS is the only legal way as far as licensing because of their patents, no feasible methods exist to extract that are not within their patents. So the big picture looks like GERS has the monopoly in Licensing because of their patents and also has the ability provide some of the equipment and install services, yet others will not be left out by way of equipment and install deals to fill the void of heavy demand for the COES tech. In short demand for the tech is heavy and expansion rapid, can GERS do it all alone? Perhaps the reality of the situation is obvious as others provide equipment and install, yet Greenshift has also provided equipment, install and licensing. And those who have unlicensed systems will eventually be made to license, pay fines, shut down, etc... by law, because they operate illegally within GERS patents. So in dividing the Corn Oil pie, GERS gets the entire licensing portion of the pie and some of the equipment and install deals while others partake of the pie thru equipment and install deals. Fair business?
PEIX would be the one who pays the royalty to GERS, not ICM, Edniq, etc... So licensing is needed by PEIX. For example GPRE's equipment and install was by ICM, yet they, GPRE licensed and pay royalties to GERS. The legal way!
On the positive we want continued profitability revealed in the 10q, we want news of successful debt refinancing which is shareholder friendly and we want a victory in the litigation. We want to license the entire industry and provide equipment and install for as much as possible.
then this is actually good positive news for gers?...
but it reports that peix is going to use a system method developed by primafuels and not gers?..how would that help gers....that is using another method and not gers method under licencse..
Your guess is as good as my opinion in regard to if PEIX has licensed with GERS?, because of GERS patents all running COES tech within the scope of the patents should be licensed. That's what the whole litigation is about. Yet it drags on....
Skribe's analysis is as good as anybody's. Only GERS and PEIX know for sure and we know that GERS is not talking about anything. All statements, including the pronouncements of the pied-piper king, are speculation that folks want to take as facts since it would be good news. Easy to sell water to a thirsty man, isn't it? Remember the chatter here about REX?
i finally get the fundementals...not the myriad of other players like ICM and edeniq and ect....
but i finally get the whole court case and AS LONG as gers prevails this is a gold mine....
that along with the stickiness of price to hold at this higher price level has me feeling some hope...
price tells me someone else is also feeling like holding on....this may gain clarity literally any day between now and next year about mid-year, per skunk legal skeduals....
gers would in effect own the operating system to run the ethanol oil-ware...
Nothing wrong with that, many of us are. The main difference in the positions of those that I would call stable investors is the timetable. There are many different views of that. At this point I am most concerned about new financing as the mega million dollar note is due at the end of this year.
but, if new potential infringers are stoped or convinced to not infringe then re-fi becomes relatedly simpler...any way ya cut the lawyers are comin out guns bazzing in this situation....its all a legal battle...no honor amoung theives
With patents locked in and yet no other feasible method to extract not within GERS methods patents it looks like the business has a great future as for legal use all must license and pay the royalty. A nice long term revenue stream. So by the ability to operate at profit and the proper allocation of those profits we should see growth in corporate value as debt is eliminated by profitability. The other hurtle is the refinancing of the current debt. A victory in the court case leaves us the treasure chest and crown, undisputed King of Corn Oil. Ra Ra Ra!
Another Greenshift system. Way to go Dave...you Rock Dude!!!!
ReplyDeleteSkunk, why should we be happy about Pacific using edeniq for their corn oil seperation?
ReplyDeleteHe's reporting news never said it was good

ReplyDeleteis edeniq licensing from gers?
ReplyDeleteor are they edeniq offering a seperate and patented technology to peix...
it has been stated here that edeniq is gers tech.?

ReplyDeleteYour hysteria belies your words.
ReplyDeleteWhy? Just because I capitalized your true name? That's known as emphasizing, not hysteria.
ReplyDeletesimpler question...
ReplyDeleteis edeniq a unique oil seperation method with no connection to gers?
is edeniq building the gers technology under licencse as reported here previously?
Per Edeniq's website they acquired Primafuel's corn oil extraction technology.
ReplyDeleteso in reality...all these people who report all the time have nevr even mentioned a competing technology...called the primafuel method...
ReplyDeleteinteresting
You are learning painful lessons about the "information" pandered about GERS on various boards -- I did try to warn you.
ReplyDeleteOr is the PEIX situation, they are going with ICM and Edeniq equipment and licensing with GERS?
ReplyDeleteSince IMO there are no feasible methods to extract that are not within GERS patents, it would seem in all fairness to avoid an absolute monopoly by GERS, other entities would be able to participate and profit in the corn oil industry thru equipment and installation deals, yet because their systems are within GERS patents they would also be licensed by GreenShift.

With this being said, keep in mind that this guy posts the same crap on several boards at the same time.
nobody,
ReplyDeletewhy dont you express point by [point what edeniq just infact did or what piex just did or better what they both did and how it affects gers...
are they just more infringers?
PEIX would be the one who pays the royalty to GERS, not ICM, Edniq, etc... So licensing is needed by PEIX.

ReplyDeletefinally got it,
ReplyDeletesince ALL the other methods infringe on gers patented methods in some way or another all not paying a royality to gers are infringers....
and the court case is aboutto proving this simple truth...
finally got it...
many thanks

I started investing here 2 1/2 yrs ago, have not sold a share and continue to add more when I can.
ReplyDeleteGlta!
Work arounds. Remember that. In the spring of 2013 a new patent process will end this mess and GERS. Stay tuned...
