Here is the last Fagen Litigation update. Not sure if I put this out there already. If I did here it is again.
After MAX litigation went away - this interesting new one apparently popped up this month. SEE HERE.

Sounds to me like the vultures are starting to smell money. I think this is good, as it means people are starting to realize gers will make it. Glta longs
ReplyDeleteWell, it appeared that dilution had ceased. I did not realize it was because GERS was defaulting on their agreements. This onion has many....many layers.
ReplyDeleteJim,
ReplyDeleteI am not following, will you please elaborate?
A million dollars total? I see that some of the debt was converted in past to common stock in greenshift. This dilution may have ended. It was a stated goal in annual shareholder letters that the intent was to minimize/end dilution as transitioned to profitibility. Even if they owe this, perhaps they are stalling to pay it out of revenues. I do not think a person can make the leap to say gers isn't paying alltheir bills. A million isn't going to bring the company down. Only time will tell....glta
ReplyDeleteDW is back on the stand later this month...stay tuned.
ReplyDelete100000 bid @ 6.5 !

ReplyDeleteThis weekend I posted :
ReplyDelete"A very little run to be fair. What will Monday bring? Stay tuned. Bets?
How many think the climb north will continue on Monday? How many think that profit taking will occur? How many think that gains will be consolidated? Perhaps, most importunately how many think that KK will sell into this little gain to generate more money to pay their bills?"
We already have the answer; either A or C, most likely C.
importunately a dipchit^

ReplyDeleteNo wonder these bozos think that a few penny increase in the PPS is worth dancing for -- they have never owned a stock that moved north. They are the degenerates now moving into our neighborhood; there is name for such folks -- nouveau riche, others call them trailer trash.
ReplyDeleteA few penny increases means alot when it equals an increase of over 300%. Of course YOU would look at that as a bad thing.
ReplyDeleteGot to admit, they're extremely annoying!
ReplyDeleteAnony 10:25,
ReplyDeleteYou have no idea what kind of tiger you have by the tail. Just be giddy, flip this for small but tidy profit and vacate this battle field to the true warriors who know what they have.
GO GERS
ReplyDeleteNobody, on which battle field do you refer to of the "true warriors"?
ReplyDeleteDo you mean the ones who know this stock has alot of potential, and will surely rise much farther?
Or the battle that is waged by you, and your other personalities, against any and all positive news in an attempt to drive the pps down?
Paranoia does not suit you; but I am told that paranoids have difficulty perceiving reality.
ReplyDeleteAnony 10:27,
ReplyDeleteDon't worry they will soon be gone, clutching their "five bagger" and a few grand to their bosoms, happily singing how rich they are and buying drinks for everyone at the local bar bar by the tracks.
Hey, leave Nobody alone! This weekend he predicted today the stock would either go up, or go down. ONCE AGAIN HE HAS SEEN INTO THE FUTURE! I don't know how he does it!
ReplyDeletehahahahahaha^
ReplyDeleteYou have other personalities for sure.

ReplyDeleteCalgren Adding Biodiesel Production At Ethanol Plant
ReplyDeleteFor many years GERS has been trying to get ethanol producers to extract oil and produce biodiesel on-site. It looks like Calgren Renewables is doing just that. Calgren will be the first to install GERS' method II,(1.33 pounds of oil per bushel) I believe GERS may be installing their patented biodiesel systems inside Calgren's plant as well. Calgren is in the permitting process to add biodiesel production.
I would like to see GPRE license GERS' patented continues flow biodiesel production system. This would allow GPRE to capture another aspect of the supply chain by having the capability to produce biodiesel on-site at GPRE's ethanol plants. The cheap corn oil makes biodiesel sales profitable so instead of just selling the oil, produce biodiesel at the ethanol plants. A true multi-fuel biorefinery would power the plants by gasifing 1/3 of the de-oiled DDG's to take the plant off the grid(GERS Zeropoint patented technology). Then capture value from the carbon by tapping the CO2 to produce algae(Bioprocess algae). Throw in a blender pump(GERS patented) for retail sales, All while producing ethanol and biodiesel. GERS has some algae patents as well.
Calgren Seeking Permit To Install Biodiesel Production Facility
"In addition, future results may be improved by the impact of event-driven systems integration contracts as we continue to receive significant interest for our engineering and other services in connection with the design, construction, integration and modification of corn oil extraction systems and other new systems for existing and prospective licensees. We are currently party to a number of such agreements which can be expected to contribute to revenue during 2012."
"1. Co-located BioDiesel Plant/Integral Refining"
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=7935840.PN.&OS=PN/7935840&RS=PN/7935840
"GreenShift has the engineering, construction, management experience - and the patents to build continuous flow modular 5 and 10mmgy biodiesel plants adjacent to Ethanol plants. Since this is commercialized technology - ready for prime time - this would be my first guess. On the recent GreenShift video it is explained that the corn oil produced could be used to fuel the hundreds of trucks that supply the Ethanol Plant. With an Integral Refining facility that could literally make that happen. The Ethanol facility would capture not only the value of the corn oil, but also the value added as it is converted from corn oil to Biodiesel in a true multi-fuel refinery."
http://greenshift-gers.blogspot.com/2012/01/and-other-new-systems.html
"Speaking to a fuels committee of the state agency, Pixley-based Calgren Renewable Fuels president Lyle Schlyer said they hope to encourage local farmers to grow grain sorghum(milo) in enough quantities to replace as much as 20% of the Midwest corn they import by the trainload now. Using milo requires few modifications to the plant to make ethanol and other co-products."
"The diversification goes beyond feedstock. Schlyer says they are also seeking permit modifications to install a biodiesel production facility at their Pixley plant. “Using our extracted vegetable oil as feedstock, we believe we can produce some of the lowest carbon intensity biodiesel in California and not have to ship that stuff back to Illinois, to find a processor who is well suited to use it.” He adds the investment could be in the $5 to $10 million dollar range."
ReplyDeleteAemetis recently designed, built and began to operate a corn oil extraction unit at Keyes that will produce about 2 million gallons per year of extracted oil for biodiesel or animal feed and reduce the carbon footprint of the facility that will be important over the next few years to comply with the state Low Carbon Fuel Standard. The LCFS mandates a cut of our fuel’s carbon emissions by 10% to reduce global warming."

"This corn oil extraction process now . . . gives us the ability to produce another fuel at this facility of BioDiesel. We will produce 8 trucks a week . . . "

Non Food Grade Corn Oil Included In NYC Mandate
ReplyDeleteNew law starts today!
STREATOR, Ill. (DTN) -- A New York City mandate to blend 2% biodiesel into heating oil known as Bioheat takes effect Monday, Oct. 1.
"All heating oil sold within the city of New York must contain 2% biodiesel, regardless of the fuel's grade or the building's application," John Maniscalco, CEO of the New York Oil Heating Association, told Telvent DTN.
He noted the mandate is for all five New York City boroughs.
The Bioheat law is the third in a series of laws affecting biodiesel and petroleum-based diesel fuel for heating oil. The first is a state law that allows consumers to deduct 1.0 cent for every percentage of biodiesel they blend into heating oil. Thus a 2% biodiesel blend is a 2.0-cent credit for each gallon used in the year. The second is a New York City law which began July 1 to require heating oil in the city to have the same sulfur requirements as ultra-low sulfur diesel, which is 15 parts per million or less. The 2% Bioheat mandate is the third piece of legislation.
"The council finds that the use of Bioheat fuel would reduce the emission of air pollutants, reduce cleaning and maintenance costs, increase the ease of handling fuel oils, provide other operational benefits, strengthen the alternative fuels market, support regional farmers and local businesses, and increase energy independence and the diversity of our energy supply," the law states.
Feedstocks permitted under the NYC Bioheat law define biodiesel as fuel derived from "soybean oil, oil from annual cover crops, algal oil, waste oils, fats or greases" and non-food grade corn oil.

ReplyDeleteDIESEL DIESEL DIESEL
ReplyDeleteDIESEL TURBO BRUH
ReplyDeleteFar more torque. A typical gasoline engine has a torque to horsepower ratio of something like 0.9 : 1. A diesel on the other hand is more like 2.5 : 1 or even higher.
ReplyDeleteFar better fuel economy. A typical gas engine that fits in a full size pickup truck will be extremely lucky to get better than say 12 or 13 MPG, unless it's a very small block engine. A similar sized diesel will easily get 18 MPG or better.
ReplyDeleteDiesel has more potential energy in it than gas does, so it takes significantly less diesel fuel to get the same amount of released (useable) energy.
ReplyDeleteThe Cummins engine in my truck is designed to go 500,000 miles before it requires any major engine work
ReplyDeleteMuch longer engine life.
ReplyDeleteAlso, on a related note, diesel fuel (more properly called diesel oil) is classified as an oil - a lubricant. Gasoline is classified as a solvent. Just think of what that does to the inside of an engine over time...
ReplyDeleteSometimes cheaper maintenance costs. Why? Well, diesel engines just don't have as many parts as a gas engine does. Like I said above, a diesel doesn't have spark plugs. Therefore, it also doesn't have spark plug wires, a distributor or any of that sort of parts which need to be replaced periodically on a gasser.
ReplyDeletehearn a diesel pass by makes me just as happy as hearing a yamaha r1 pass by. i never thought that would happen lol
ReplyDeletediesel reminds me of hearing twin turbos on cars. YUM!
ReplyDeletewhoever i see driving a diesel, i just think...what a real man!
ReplyDelete12 14 mpg in a truck is rediculous. a diesel will give you 18+!
