  1. More seemingly meaningless fluff or substance that can be truned into share appreciation? If history is any indication, we go lower on the news. Go figure...

  2. For many months, years in fact, the PPS has not been driven by what some would call fundamentals (e.g. revenues, new patents, positive outcomes of the litigation (Markman)). The factors that drive the PPS are related to debt, KK, YAGI, prolonged litigation, dilution, etc. If the PPS falls today it has little to do with the "news" you are referencing.

  3. Damnit nobody12378!
The stock wasn't dropping yesterday, and actually rose a little (despite you're people saying there would be mass sell-offs) because you weren't posting you're b.s. panic posts. Please stop posting on here and iHub so the stock can continue it's slow climb back up.

I'm convinced, whenever you or fourtwo or tadaa (which is probably one person since none of them coincidently posted anything yesterday), if you would just stop running your mouth, this stock could do good.

Your annoying objective questioning does nothing but hurt the stock. If you have questions, then look in the mirror and ask your self them. Stop posting them non-stop on these investor boards.

You and your people were expecting the stock to go lower, and it didn't. In fact, it went up a little.
The ONLY coorelation is that, for the first time ever, you weren't posting your b.s. panic posts.

So please, leave Skunk's and iHub's board alone, so we can finally see the stock rise back up, with out you and your friends driving it down with panic posts and so-called "objective questioning".

  4. If you believe that dribble then you must believe that the rising sun is responsible for all deaths since the sun rises before the death of each person on this earth. Good luck to you in investing and in life with that mind set.

  5. We are up 17% are my posts responsible for that?

  6. Nice patent....however it has no practical application in the ethanol industry or any other industry that I know of. Go Greenshift!

  7. Make that UP 27% in 30 minutes! Man am I good.

  9. Nycdreaming -- be careful you will soon be lumped in with me Todu, Jim, Fourtwo, anybody who doesn't constantly sing the praises of GERS. After all, there can only be one person that can see the warts here and therefore, we must all be the same person. Same logic fallacy as
Post hoc ergo propter hoc. In case you did not know this is Latin for "after this, therefore because of this," is a logical fallacy (of the questionable cause variety) that states, Since that event followed this one, that event must have been caused by this one.

  10. I dunno Nobody.. stock isn't doing too bad today, and you havent posted your usual doom-&-gloom.
Maybe Anony 8.30 is on to something.

  11. Wrong look a little more closely. My "doom and gloom" is worn with objective honor.

  12. Yuk! When you click on Greenshift's name on the FEW exhibitor list you are routed to the antiquated GERS web site. Compare this to what happens when you click on ICM. Come on folks, there has to be enough revenue to at least look up-to-date and professional, to potential clients.

  15. I think it is impossible for Nobody, or anybody for that matter, to be objective if you own some of GERS. Nobody says he's objective, but from what I have read in his posts for at least a year he is anything but objective. He likes to throw around that word as if he has some kind of higher moral value than the rest of us. His own personal bias and emotion towards GERS has rendered him void of objectivity.

Wow doesn't todu hang around yahoo? nobody said anything about todu

is nobody self admitting something here?

  17. Notice how Nobody NEVER has anything positive to say, and he'll post the same negative posts copy-and-pasted that he posts on iHub.
I feel bad for the people that actually listen to him, because they're being scared away from an absolutely great investment.

  25. (be careful you will soon be lumped in with me Todu, Jim, Fourtwo, anybody who doesn't constantly sing the praises of GERS)

    This is improper English.

Proper English would be to say Todu, Jim, Fourtwo and I.

I'm surprised Jim doesn't correct your poor sentence structure.

  26. yea jimmbody, why dont you ever jump all over this for spelling and grammar. you attack Gers investors but dont attack yourself

  27. Nobody your always bashing. Don't you have a real job. I know your paid by icm because no one else has the time to post as much as you day to day

    ReplyDelete
  28. Don't you mean year to year?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Anony 1:13 and 1:24..you're both right.
It's year to year; day to day.

Except monday.. when the stock stopped dropping and started to rise.

    Hmm...

    ReplyDelete
  30. Great question. I've never seen Jim or Nobody {collectively Jimmbody} acknowledge the mistakes each moniker makes in writing. They point out mistakes if you're a investor but never one another.

  31. I'm pleased with the continued progress this company is making.

I have a lot of new information I'll be sharing over the coming days.

It's my guess that the right to receive 20% of the distributable cash from YA Corn Oil is where the "$1.6M in cash payments in 2012" is coming from.

In other words, I think GERS has redirected this cash so that YA keeps it for debt payments instead of GERS recognizing it as revenue.

Remember, roughly 25% of GPRE's production,(Lakota/Riga) are part of the YA debt reduction deal.

I'm once again actively purchasing GPRE and GERS stock.

    Good Luck To All!$!$!$

You incorrectly corrected an incorrect sentence.

The sentence you corrected, "be careful you will soon be lumped in with me Todu, Jim, Fourtwo, anybody who doesn't constantly sing the praises of GERS" had the correct pronoun "me" but in the wrong position of the sentence.

It should have read, "be careful you will soon be lumped in with Todu, Jim, Fourtwo, me and anybody who doesn't constantly sing the praises of GERS".

When you use a preposition such as "with" you always use a pronoun in the objective (Nobody) case. In this case it would be "me" rather than "I".

I am sure I got some of the punctuation wrong but I can never figure that part out. "I" and "me" are used incorrectly across the board from news anchors to educators.

Sorry about the grammar lesson, but the "I,me" thing is leftover from my childhood from my English teacher mother. Until the GERS share price starts heading north this is what gets my attention.

  33. That's an interesting thought Slash. Anxious to see what else you found.

    ReplyDelete
  34. How can this be done? Doesn't the revenue first have to be accounted for before it become an expense? Not an accountant but it would seem like a lot of hanky panky COULD OCCUR IF THAT WAS NOT REQUIRED.

    ReplyDelete
  35. @nobody

It could explain some of the revenue discrepancies. The terms of the agreement with YA were never fully disclosed. We got some of the details, including the performance bonus, but we don't know what all was in the actual signed agreement. The only problem that I have with this explanation though, is that if this explains what happened with the revenue, why doesn't it appear to be reflected in the debt reduction?

    ReplyDelete
  36. Always some mystery. The debt did not seem to budge much. Are you saying that GPRE,for example, is paying YAGI directly? Would that be kosher?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Slash,
Are you saying the interest is being paid with cash from Yagi?

    ReplyDelete
  38. The fact that the 20% distributable cash is payable quarterly lends credit to why and where the "cash payments of $1.6M in 2012" is from. Since there's multiple distributions of cash, there's multiple cash payments being made.

Simply saying GERS revenue should be X amount since GPRE's is X doesn't work. 1/4 of GPRE's production royalty is tied to YA Corn Oil and this must be considered.

So yes, I think the 20% cash from YA Corn Oil is being used to "supplement and offset debt for equity conversions" and at a minimum it's covering the interest.
