  1. United Ethanol Extracting .633 Pounds Per Bushel

"...the quality of our outbound products -- ethanol, distiller’s grain, corn oil, and carbon dioxide -- continues to be very good."

"Corn oil and carbon dioxide demand have been steady and both of these processes are operating very well at United Ethanol."

"Through the first quarter of 2012, United Ethanol produced 11,272,508 gallons of undenatured ethanol. We also produced 32,942 tons of dry distiller’s grain, 1,400 tons of wet distiller’s grain, 11,868 tons of liquified carbon dioxide, and extracted 2,548,786 pounds of corn oil."

11,272,508/2.8 gallons of ethanol =4025895.7 bushels.

2,548,786 pounds of corn oil = .633 pounds of oil per bushel for United.

Marquis Energy is also extracting at more than .6 pounds per bushel.

Green Plains is doing .54 but pushing it higher.

    Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$!$!$!$!$!$

  2. Well we are making 1.2 lbs per bushel using a super secret newly patented system and are not paying a dime in royalties!

  3. A drowning man will catch at a straw. This is the last resort for defedant saying: please don`t prosecute us because we are copying the patented system so badly, we're not able to reach "a substantially free of oil" syrup with our infringing systems. Therefor we cannot be sued.

That's ridiculous. They don't even try saying their systems are different types to the patented method. I think that's finally the strategy of the defedant to limit the losses by defining a lower performance, so the compromise settlement will turn out a little less painful...

  4. How can it be super secret if it is patented? Got your decoder ring, so you can receive a super secret message?

    ReplyDelete
  5. It comes from another industry so nobody would have thought to look for it, so I guess it is not super secert but it is not known in the ethanol industry. Last night we made 1.4 lbs per bushel! YTD avoided royalties paid are approaching 200K!

  6. A teacher teaches you everything you need to know, not everything he knows. The inventors taught the infringers everything they need to know regarding how to extract corn oil. They did not teach them everything they know about extracting corn oil.

  7. Do you have a patent description or number? If the process is patented there should be no need for secrecy, in fact if the process is as good as you state one would think that getting out the "news" would be good for marketing. Heck, if the company that holds the patent is public, there may, G'd help us, be another opportunity at a corn oil gambit.

  8. Actually it was Alfa Laval who taught DW and DC what they know. Alfa had been running small bench top trials as early as 1998 and had even conducted several trials in Nebraska in 1999. So Greenshift is the student and frankly a bad one at that.

    *************SELL*************

    ReplyDelete
  9. If Greenshift is the bad student, why do they have the best yield in the business as stated by all infringers in their latest joint motion?

    ReplyDelete
  10. Anon 8:31

Why would someone know intimate details (or pretend to know) of internal Alfa Laval history?

Only the defendants would have done that kind of research, interviewing prior Alpha employees looking for testimony that would help them at trial.

So you are very likely part of the defendant team.

Then you say sell? Why would you do that? This is obvious. This is illegal.

Not all basher posts are from the defendants, But your is. Smells of desperation.

  11. Not a defendant but had worked in the industry for about 20 years and have retired. I sold my shares in GS once it became clear that the patent fight would go on for years.

With almost any stock or company stockholders are at a huge disadvantage on the information side of things. Rarely do you have the whole story. I was not. I knew the history.

Greenshift may win or they may lose. I just thought it to be wiser move my money into something that I was more sure of....GOLD!

  12. So here we have another one saying he was stupid in the past but we should listen to in the future.....

  13. Great come back Dude!!!!! You smoked that infinger with your intellect!

  14. Dear Gold bug.

Thanks for breaking away from Yahoo to tell us to sell. I am sure your only motive here is to serve mankind, especially us unimformed who are helping GERS fight this patent litigation by supporting and investing in the company.

Say hello to DVG for us.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Ok, I'll bite who is DVG?

  16. "Winsness said the earlier Greenshift extraction modules were able to secure up to 0.9 pounds per bushel (lbs/bushel) of corn oil, but by applying the company's latest advanced method, up to 1.7 lbs/bushel of post-ferm corn oil can be extracted."

super secret system sucks compared to the pioneers

  17. Well my brother is bigger then yours and he is going to beat you up when he finds out! You all sound like a gang of 2nd graders in the school yard.

  19. Anony 11:15 you sure know how to kill a party.

    ReplyDelete
  20. who is DVG?

You know DW and DC but not DVG?

Really? You must be on direct deposit cause he is the guy who signs your checks and it the only individual that is a defendant in the litigation.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Ok...who is DW and DC? How do they figure into the stock price?

    ReplyDelete
  22. Strike who? Why does everyone speak in riddles on this site? Is Greenshift going to make it or not? Should I buy the stock or look elsewhere?

  23. Ask the company...they are so reachable: no one answers the phone or returns calls, absolutely zero investor relations, no concern for the common shareholder throughout the history of the company (all while executives continue to pay themselves amazing salaries), deceptive reporting and disclosure to investors....I could continue forever. I still hold so you decide.

  24. "I could continue forever"! That would be Nobody; with his constant refrain!! I have been set free by I-HUB for responding to insulting comments, in kind! Want everyone to know, so you don't think it is a GERS Thing when I go missing!! I-HUB is going to be down to two posters soon! Nobody and Jimbody!

Or, did I just miscount!? DHOLE

I-HUB offers me 2 posts per day to prove I can be Civil to those who insult me daily! I doubt I will accept their most magnanimous offer! Glad I listened to my inner-voice and didn't sign up for Level Two. Am using my newfound time renovating the West Wing of my Home! Will stick around here in order to keep up with events. 26. Calgren Licenses GreenShift’s Patented Corn Oil Extraction Processes
To Install First Method II COES to Extract Additional Oil From Whole Stillage
On Wednesday January 26, 2011, 11:09 am EST

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:GERS.ob - News) today announced the execution of a license agreement with Calgren Renewable Fuels providing for the use of GreenShift’s patented corn oil extraction technologies in Calgren’s 57 million gallon per year ethanol plant in Pixley, California.

GreenShift and Calgren also agreed that GreenShift would provide engineering and construction services for the replacement of Calgren’s existing Tricanter-based corn oil extraction equipment with an Alfa Laval disc stack centrifuge in order to increase yields, reliability and uptime.

In addition, Calgren has agreed to install GreenShift’s first Method II Corn Oil Extraction System to extract corn oil from Calgren’s whole stillage. With Method I (thin stillage extraction) and Method II (whole stillage extraction), Calgren will have taken the first step to achieving corn oil yields that could be as high as 1.33 pounds per bushel and having at least one advanced technology as described in the final rule for the expanded Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS2) published by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on December 21, 2010.

Lyle Schlyer, CEO of Calgren stated that “working with GreenShift fits into our business model of increasing efficiency and mitigating risk. We expect our corn oil yields will significantly increase with GreenShift’s technical support, and we expect to get a premium for our product with GreenShift’s marketing arm.”
