Amaizing Dismissal! or HERE
SkunK
This is what the Center Ethanol Dismissal looked like. Look Familiar?
Here is blog STIPULATION OF DISMISAL OF CENTER ETHANOL COMPANY, LLC Shortly after this the Center Ethanol settlement was announced.
Remember "The Andersons" a GreenSift customer recently purchased Amaizing Ethanol.
Two years of legal fees for what?
ReplyDeleteFor a settlement.. well worth it in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteTwo years of legal fees for what?
ReplyDeleteYeah GERS is a bunch of dopes. They should have know in 2009 that amaizing was going to be bought by anderson in 2012. It was obvious.
What part of reality do you have so much problem with?
a new licensee and lower fees and costs moving forward???
ReplyDeleteaim low --- never be disappointed.
The Anderson's own the plant with several other investors.....other plants operate under a greenshift licence because of the ownership structure of the existing ethanol plants. I suspect they are doing this holding there noise the whole time.
ReplyDeleteI don't tink day holding there noise. I tink they leeping wit Glee to join GERS Customer Base!
ReplyDeleteI thought this was a "Done Deal" as soon as Amaizing was purchased by The Andersons. Surprised it took this long! Dhole
No question about it. This is another settlement. There's more coming.
ReplyDeleteFranky D.

ReplyDeletei also agree...these sharp minds are on their way to millions!!
ReplyDeletemaybe they're not entitled to fees and costs.
ReplyDeleteLike no one knows Skunk is Kevin Kreisler...oh, how clever his disguise. Like Clark Kent's glasses. 'Cept he no Superman!
ReplyDeleteI have very authoritative information that the Skunk is not part of the GERS inner circle. Any other statements are fantasy.
ReplyDeleteI don't have "Authoritative" information, but it would take a moron to post inside information about his and of a Competitor's Company! Most just hire two or three Trolls to write about how much they love a company, BUT~~~~
ReplyDeleteDhole
Some Trolls are Multi-lingual! They talk out of both sides of their two faces, in Historic Terms!! Dhole
ReplyDeleteWhat does the Skunk have to do with inside information?
ReplyDeleteRead the Thread. Don't just Type away. Post 4:30 PM is in need of comment. Or did your other personality Post that needed comment at 6:39? Dole
ReplyDeleteD',
ReplyDeleteSorry your losses are getting you down and distorting your sense of who is responsible; which is no one but you.
I have heard that Skunk is related to DW.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely not!
ReplyDeletea infringer settled? wow hhhoooooohh yea!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are absolutely 100% correct, Skunk. This same exact document precluded the Center Ethanol settlement PR by about a month. The only thing different are the names.
ReplyDeleteFirst...
"PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff, GS CleanTech Corporation, by its undersigned counsel, and Defendant, Center Ethanol Company, LLC, by its undersigned counsel, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, hereby dismiss with prejudice all claims asserted by and between GS CleanTech Corporation and Center Ethanol Company, LLC, with each party bearing its own costs and attorney's fees.
"

I think we all knew this was a settlement the second we learned ANDE was buying out Amaizing Energy. Well, all of us except somebody I know.
ANDE is officially our 2nd largest customer, next to GPRE.
The Andersons now have 330 million gallons of ethanol production. Marathon Petroleum (MPC)owns a portion of this.
So there's really two "Big Oil" plants that have GERS technology licensed, SUN and MPC.
http://www.andersonsethanol.com/facilities.asp
As reported in ANDE's last CC, all four of their plants COES are fully operational.
They went on to say they're... "Reviewing possible expansion opportunities at existing facilities as well as acquisition opportunities in 2012."
Our 2nd largest customer is in the mood to grow. I would love to see them buy another infringer.
Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$
Skunks blog is turning into the arguments of idiots. Let's take one settlement at a time. New customer.! New revenue! The rest will follow and so will revs!!! Imo
