Al-Corn again -looks familiar?  Here (doc 299)

Today there is something like 9 motions to dismiss and 9 briefs in support.  Each seem to be much the same as another. Two motions to seal by Al-Corn that look much the same and 1 sealed document.  I should get a chance to look closer in the morning.

  1. ICM has already attempted to amend its complaint and the court denied that motion. In fact, this court has already ruled that ICM has not carried its burden of showing.

Concerning the new Al-Corn filing, not only is it redundant, it's almost juvenile in nature. GERS sealed Winsness testimony so they're going to seal everything they can (amount of corn oil produced is private business data?)

    What a joke!!

On October 13, 2009, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“PTO”) issued U.S. Patent No. 7,601,858, titled "Method of Processing Ethanol Byproducts and Related Subsystems” (the ’858 Patent) to GS CleanTech Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GreenShift Corporation.

  6. wholly owned:
gers not being named as a co-plaintiff and clean techs request for fees and costs puzzles me given gers is bearing the burden of litigation. must be some internal agreemnt i am unaware of.
