Is the stock being diluted again with large volume trades and no upward movement of pps?

bid increasing stock up 10 percent

Who's chasing the ask? some big money thrown around today.

GreenShift (KK) or (EC) please provide a stockholder news letter and state the ongoing operations and future path. As share holders, we own a portion of the company and have a right to know.

There are too many hypothesis and bad information being spread around. Although the common stockholders only own 20% of the company and the other 80% is owned by KK and EC, we the common stockholders need the truth.

I have said numerous times that I only post under my moniker, never on Yahoo, and I do not hide as most do here. Do you have any substantive thoughts to add to our discussions?

nobody why do you say 'never on yahoo'? I read many posts from you there?

nobody why do post anony and under nobody? why not stick with one?

As I said, I am not nobody. I am a long term invester looking for the truth and facts. Does it matter if I choose a monniker or two or three or just post as anonymous? My Questions to GERS are reasonable. At least they may say "due to advice of legal council no statements will be made until a later date".

Best to all.

NEVER on Yahoo! They can steal a moniker and may have. You are sounding like Slash now who is convinced that I am some one else who posts there.

Nobody, do not get m mixed up with all the nobody bashers or GERS lovers. I am just asking GERS for real information. I have never bashed you, slash or anyone. I beleive Skunk's site provides a purpose and I do not like the hacking back and forth. It only wastes my time. I enjoy opposite views and measure them accordingly to my own suppositions. We need real information. I know for a fact there have been theories posted in the past that are completely wrong.

Now let us all look at due diligence research and not suppositions. Theories are fine to speculate on as well. But let us all not gamble. We may as well go to Las Vegas and put it all on black or red.

Please comment nobody and slash as well as others.

I have been Nobody for six years and the Yahooer took that moniker from the Raging Bull site. End of story, and I agree that we should stop messing in the Skunk's Blog, I have said that for years.

Why not stop the bs and get back to facts. Skunk, it appears your site has been taken over by school children. I suggest you cancel all comments for an indeterminant amount of time to get rid of the children with there I-phones.

nobody and todu together on raging bull? is tadaa really todu?

It's just Nobody arguing with himself to try an cause a stir. He wants Skunk to shut down the comment box. He's doing it on purpose.

Sorry but does anyone know when the court denied ICM motion? Did this just happen?

I see Nobody, Jim, and Todu were slapping each others butts on RB. I see the three stooges on yahoo. I see Nobody, Jim, and "Tadaa" on Ihub. When Tadaa first posted on Ihub he had a cowboy hat and laso picture, which was the same picture Todu had on Yahoo. He changed to a military skydive picture which is comical, Todu claims he was in the military. Maybe he's telling the truth and someone stole his ID, but there is no doubt the three stooges have a history of working together for years on all the sites. According to Slash's post, they go off the same script. http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_G/threadview?m=tm&bn=77822&tid=38125&mid=38125&tof=-1&rt=2&frt=2&off=1

If I'm reading this correctly alcorn is about to settle? It says motion to dismiss counter claims. That means they want to withdraw their countersuit against greenshift. Wich means they may be getting ready to settle or they are realizing they can't win and are trying to find a little bit of mercy. It also says that the court finds in favor off the motion to dismiss the counter claim. Which means that gers no longer is being counter sued by alcorn. This is great news thanks skunk keep up the great work!

REX, GPRE, and Advanced BioEnergy are all using the same wording. "immediately prior to production of distillers grains"
This is important because ICM claims the AOS doesn't extract from the same stream.

Quote from REX's 10K...
"At certain of our plants, we extract and sell non-edible corn oil immediately prior to the production of distillers grains."
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/744187/000093041312002109/c69053_10k.htm

This is the exact same wording GPRE used to describe COES.

"The corn oil systems are designed to extract non-edible corn oil...immediately prior to production of distillers grains."

GPRE 10K
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1309402/000119312512067531/d301790d10k.htm

Advanced BioEnergy used the exact same wording to describe COES.

"The corn oil systems are designed to extract non-edible corn oil...immediately prior to production of distillers grains.

Advanced BioEnergy 10K

I don't put a lot of faith in plant managers. They're a lot like a manager at Mcdonalds. The don't know exactly what's going on at corporate headquarters.

I called a plant manager last summer after I saw a construction company say they finished building a COES for that particular producer. This producer even said months before, they got money to install COES. When I spoke with the plant manager, he was clueless. He claimed he had no idea about corn oil extraction at the plant. He said he wouldn't even know where in the plant it would be installed. He could have just been playing dumb, or just wanted me to go away. My point is, plant managers are not always in "the know". It could be much like GPRE where ICM installed the systems and that may be what the manager saw. Or he was confused and thought the question was in regard to the ethanol production technology. One word answers are not informed offical statements from the company. When I found the REX news, my delay to posting it was due to the fact that I called and E-mailed the company many times, with no response. REX has not released if they are a licensee or not. The fact of the matter is, ICM's systems use a "CHEMICAL ADDITIVE". The AOS requires it. The Tricanter can't get resonable yields without it. It doesn't make any sense that REX would say they're not using chemicals with a system that requires them. Then we have all the exact wording in their reports as our other customers. I tried contacting the source of the anonymous E-mail and nothing, no response. I think the response the anonymous poster got was a fluke.

I could be wrong, and that's fine. But I will never shy away from my digging. I think REX should not be considered infringing until there's an official statement from one company or the other.

Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$!$!$!$!$

totaltruth, I think you misunderstood. Greenshift is moving to dismiss Alcorn's counterclaims against Greenshift. This is an offensive move - not a sign of settlement.

totaltruth said...

Sorry it was greenshifts motion to dismiss and the court hasn't awarded it yet.

Ya I already corrected myself with a reply to myself. Its difficult to read google docs on my phone as it keeps jumping all over the place I guess I need to upgrade again. This is a 2.2 droid. And google keeps updating everthing so quickly my phone is only 1yr old and obsolete already

Okay, Since I just made up time on my consulting engineering job, I will provide some background for all GERS profiteers to consume.

GERS facilities vary and each ethanol plant is different from the other due to uopstream processes. Two identical ICM facilities perform differently for COES in terms of yield and ease of separating corn oil. ICM, Delta V and Lurgi designed facilities also perform differently with respect to COES due to upstream processing techniques.

Some Corn Ethanol Facilities are limited to the amount of corn oil they may extract due to guaranteed percentage of fat (corn oil) in the DDGS. Therefore, some (even ICM facilities) do not use chemical polymer emulsion breaking additives because either they do not want to take out too much corn oil, or the upstream processes allow them to not be economical adding the additive. There are some GERS facilities that do use additives to increase corn oil yield economically, but there are many that do.

Without going into too much detail, ICM's AOS system uses ethanol as an emulsion breaker and then recovers the ethanol, corn oil and syrup. This is in contention for patent purposes. ICM also pushes over slurry at the primary Centrifuge prior to adding ethanol in order to increase the amount of available oil for second stage centrifugal extraction.

This is why the construction claims are so important in the litigation whereby process streams are technically identified.

ICM's systems are potentially more costly as an initial capital investment, but not nearly so when compared to paying a royalty to GERS over a 25 year period. This is why this litigation is so important to GERS. It is necessary to stop the work-arounds and GERS is doing a good job with extended patent applications to further protect their inellectual rights.

I am an investor in GERS. Best to all
