Well glad to know your alright anyways you have been a great help to all of us greenshift investors. I believe if it wasn't for you many would have thrown in the towel by now. Your info helps provide hope especially when there's not a lot coming from greenshift right now.thanks skunk

No it is the quiet before more quiet. I think that there is a building recognition that not much important is going to happen until the litigation is settled, either by the courts (probably many months in the future) or by settlement, sometime sooner. I will add that people waiting for the 10K to set GERS back on the right course are probably reconsidering that thought as well. As I have previously stated you could not ask for much more than we had occur in Q3 and the PPS continues to fall; so folks are understandably focusing on the king pin -- litigation. If I am correct and this news-black out is due to "advice of counsel" the 10K will also be nothing more than is required by SEC regulation and will not "tip GERS hand" in any way.

In other words, unless there is a settlement, and ICM's intransigence is making this increasingly unlikely, we are in for a very long slog, and many have other more interesting things to do with their time and money than waste them here, at this time. The future, whenever that comes is indeed another story.

Hey everyone!
Thanks for the warm welcome back. I really appreciate that! Shortly after the Q311 report was released, I was involved in a pretty bad car accident. I was on my way to Walmart when an SUV pulled out in front of me. I thank God that everyone survived. If I was driving my truck instead of the Benz, I fear the other driver may have been killed. I hit her on the driver side door at roughly 45 Mph. The airbags in both vehicles deployed. It's the first time I've had an airbag punch me in the face and burn my skin. Needless to say the vehicles were totaled. My hand/wrist went through the windshield and I'm still in physical therapy for that. The muscles are getting stronger but I'm dealing with the pain everyday. The good things are everyone is alive, it wasn't my fault, and I know of a great investment for the settlement check(GERS:]). The bad is dealing with this very time consuming mess and the fact that I may have permanent nerve damage in my hand. I apologize for my absense from the boards but I had to get myself better first. That being said, I'm ready to get back to business and I believe I have some good information to share in the coming days.

Here's a recap of the last report.

Q311 Revenues were up 268% YOY ($1.72M to $6.33M)and up more than 100% from the previous quarter(Q211).

Accounts receivable surged an astonishing 367% in just 3 months!($637K to $2.98M)

I'm very pleased that we turned profitable and eliminated more debt. The insiders continued the trend of forgiving loans and eliminated their discount on share conversions.

Other than accounts receivable, I think the other technologies coming off the back burner stood out the most. I've been waiting to see this happen.

"...pressing forward with new technologies designed to further enhance the profitability of our licensees."

"...our portfolio of strategically-compatible cleantech"

"...and to continue to improve upon our technologies serving the ethanol industry."

There are a number of producers seeking Greenshift's technologies in addition to COES.

"..we have recently experienced a significant increase in interest for our...other new systems for existing and prospective licensees."

So who are the producers and what systems are they interested in?

We know Advanced Bioenergy is involved in this. They sound focused on two things; yield improvement and biodiesel. The following quotes from Advanced Bioenergy state "technologies" and "opportunities", I'm pointing out that these words are plural.

"...evaluating GreenShift's additional technologies to take advantage of additional opportunities to enhance our bottom line."

"...the addition of new technologies as they make sense for our business.

"Advanced BioEnergy will also have access to GreenShift's portfolio of proprietary technologies to support Advanced BioEnergy's efforts to further enhance by-product revenues beyond corn oil extraction."

The last quote above sounds directed towards the patented biodiesel systems IMO. To further enhance byproduct revenue beyond extraction. It could be glycerin, but I think plant manager Tony confirms it's biodiesel in the video as pointed out by Skunk. The next quote sounds like desiccation/cavitation.

"...These operational improvements include exploring methods to improve ethanol yield per bushel and maximizing production output at each of our plants.

Green Plains may be involved as well. Again, the focus is yield improvement. Here's quotes from GPRE's most recent report...

"...I think what the focus is we have a lot of yield improvement projects that we are looking at, our yield in 2011 was 282 across the platform, 2.82 gallons per bushel, which was up from the prior year from 2.78. And we continue to focus on that this year."

"...we focused on now how to take from that 2.80 to 2.82 level higher than that, we have several initiatives around yield improvement. When any of those hit we will make sure we will let you guys know but that is a huge initiative for us at this point."

BIOF also mentioned they are focused on yield improvement projects.

Flash Desiccation Mechanical Hydrodynamic cavitation

The technology is designed to dramatically improve the energy balance and yield from biomass such as corn.

Much more to come including "blacked out" news.

Wear your seatbelts ;]

When asking a patent professional "what are the chances of a generic infringement suit" the response I got was reasonably favorable where the patent has been upheld already and you can prove infringement reasonably easily (true here).

Only a fool measures the law by the yardstick of common sense, so there is risk. One to two years is a common timeline for this type of lawsuit I believe. It may be quarters remaining, but not years to resolve this. Skunk you may have a lot of blogging to do in the meantime.

New Zeropoint Cleantech Videos!

Here's some new videos of Greenshift's partly owned Zeropoint. This is accounted for under minority investmentments ($2.5 million) in the 10-Q. Not many folks have seen these, yet.

This project is fully operational in Germany with more projects underway. Most people agree that biomass gasification is becoming cheaper as well as more efficient than solar and wind. Zeropoint's patented systems are one of, if not the best, in the world IMO.
Just another example of Greenshift's other technologies gaining momentum. Lots more to come...

Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$
