I just reported on this patent Application on Saturday HERE. The Notice of Allowance was granted and mailed today - 7 February! I expect it to issue well within 60 days.

Here it is - only 30 minutes into the 7th and I can already read on the internet what was dropped into a dark mailbox outside the Patent Office - only a few minutes ago. And it wasn't even addressed to me!

It amazes me how much goes into obtaining a patent, then on top of that they have to deal with a whole infringement lawsuit ordeal.

On Ihub, he posted that he got the schedule from Greenshift of when the shareholder letter is coming out and other infos. He will post it on Ihub tomorrow since he's allowed only one post per day.

If you are implying that I stated that I knew when the next shareholder letter was going to be released, your reading skills are suspect. Heck, I am not even sure one will be released this year, and no one can document an assurance that it will. The range of dates that the shareholder letter has been released in the past is important to those that thought that it not materializing this week was an important event -- it is not.

I think the natives are restless and need a whipping boy/or girl for the fact that the PPS of GERS has not "gone to the moon" as to their expectations.
I'm thinking about starting a discussion board for GERS that will allow for thoughtful discussion on both the positive and negative aspects of GERS without all of the personal attacks. What's everyones take on this?

Excellent idea. There's a core of well-informed, intelligent posters that would make a good resource. Any specific ideas? It would be nice also if it was a board where we could provide reference material - my last cash flow report didn't really work too well on Skunk's blog.
That would be great, everything data-based or speculations pro and con that could be discussed without emotionalism. I would like to start a conversation about the likelihood of the shareholder letter coming out this year and what the expected impact of the letter or not having a letter this year would be; what are the most important issues that folks would want to see addressed, etc. But that would be kicked off I-Hub and this is the Skunk's Blog. I have tried to do this on Raging Bull, but not many are engaging there.
