After a 90 day waiting period the Markman transcript has now gone public. The transcript is 133 pages. This is starting to cut into my man money. If we ever meet at a future GreenShift Investor's Reunion I had better not have to pay for any drinks . . . :~)

"They initially had a business arrangement with one of the defendants, ICM, a marketing agreement. Ultimately, as time passed, they split apart; and ICM just continued on selling these systems and products long before the patent ultimately issued, probably either taking the chance that the patent wasn't going to issue or that they thought that it was so simple that it had to be invalid. One way or another, they kept practicing the technology that had been given to them by GreenShift."

Allow the SkunK to go Aztec for a second and pull out the beating heart of the GreenShift argument:
"The only requirement is that after concentrating and mechanically processing, you recover oil."
p.32, line 4,5

I like this:
"Your Honor, one thing to remember about Prevost is the Prevost reference is a patent application. It never became a patent. It's not practiced out there. Nobody is practicing Prevost. Prevost is a red herring." p.38

Hey Skunkster,
If Gers actually takes off and we do have a legitimate shareholder celebration, no matter where it is at, I will personally pay to get you as sideways as you want to get, the wifey too!!!!!

Mr RYE uses the word ultimately ALOT.
Ok Odd or normal? Can someone please help? Did these settlements happen they aren't named defendents in this markman transcript. Why?. I went to a link ffrom Skribe on capacity, it shows 400 t0 450 added up. These are the missing unaccounted for? Strange isn't it?

Could this be the mystery 400 mgpy to be licensed that Slashnuts kept speculating on?

Al-Corn Clean Fuel, LLC 45 mgpy
Big River Resources Galva, LLC 100 mgpy

GEA Mechanical Equipment US, Inc. (f/k/a GEA Westfalia Separator, Inc.)
Flottweg Separation Technology, Inc.
Very strange, indeed.
What ever happened to Slashnuts? I always like his DD posts.
O/S as of today from GERS: approximately 18,064,000.
Thanks Nobody12378, o/s knowledge is crucial here.
Ok it appears the unaccounted for 400 mgpy went to BIOF 230 mgpy, ABE #2 50 mgpy and Andersons/ Marathon 110 mgpy = 390 mgpy! For sure! Then if Marquis can expand add an additional 140 mgpy = 530 mgpy
Giving us 2.1 bgpy licensed.
Now we can speculate on why those 7 producers are not listed or represented in the Markman Hearing Transcript.
