Most likely GS is waiting for the best strategic time frame to hit POET with a law suit. Maybe they will wait until Valero starts up one of their systems and hit them both at the same time.
So why is Poet not our customer or on the list of infringers? Sounds like they skirted around the patent. whats your veiw.
